Curse of Strahd

So far you see a woman behind the bar that is serfing drinks while two young human boys seem to be running around the room. Patron wise you see nine random villagers that ssem to just be talking, spread out around the main room. Someone that stands out is an elderly human male who seems to be talking to several of the pateons as if telling a story.

Patch takes a seat at the main bar and then turns to the women behind the bar, keeping her head down and hidden beneath the cloak she’s wearing ”how much for a drink”

"One copper for the cheap wine and one silver formthe better wine." The women behind the bar tells him.

“Here” Patch dumps 10 copper pieces onto the counter “1 better wine”

Richmond follows closeby Patch. Could I get a room for the night? I'm weary from a days travel and would like to get some sleep. I'd also appreciate it if I could buy a hot meal and take it up with me to the room.

The woman will take the copper from Patch and hand the tabaxi some wine, watching the strangers warily, more so Patch then Richmond. "We have two rooms available. Both cost 1 gold piece but one has two beds while the other has four. Food will cost you five copper."

“So who’s paying this time”

Ismark two gold on the counter, taking the key for thenroom with two beds for himself and Ireena, handing the key to the other room to Patch. The man then put enough coins on the table to get everyone a meal.

Patch gives Ismark a surprised look, and then a smile “thanks Izzy” Patch turns back to the women behind the bar careful to keep her face hidden “so what kind of food to you have”

"Vension stew with some bread." The woman who inteoduces herself as Danika Matrikov, the wife od the inns owner Urwin.

“nice to meet you miss, I’m Patch”

The woman nods as she steps away, keeping a wary eye on the strangers. She comes back less then a mintue later to hand out bowls of the stew.

Well thank you. Richmond says to Ismarck, surprised he would pay for the group's room and meals.

As soon as the woman comes back he'll thank her for the food and will head up to his room where he'll eat and then sleep.

Danicka nods as she cotinues to watch the bar, keeping her eyes on the children and patrons of the bar.

The room Richmond goes into.

Four plain beds with straw mattresses line the north wall of this well-lit room. Each bed comes with a matching footlocker to store clothing and other belongings. A table and four chairs occupy the corner across from the door. An oil lamp resting on the table casts a bright yellow flame.

Patch begins eating the meal that has been given to her and invites her fellow companions over 

OOC:how good is it

It does not have a lot of taste to it but it is better then rations and is very hearty and filling.

Matrick will take a seat next to Patch if available "Excuse me miss, do you have anything else to drink than wine? Milk perhaps?"

"Sorry for my attitude these past few days. This place, it unnerves me." Matrick says to the tabaxi as he shifts uncomfortably.

The woman nods and moves to get some milk from a pale, pouring it into a mug and passing it to the asimar. Danika still seems to watch them closely, looking away as the two boys seem to listen the elderly man telling stories.

Matrick nods in thanks and keeps an ear open for the man telling stories while waiting for Patch to respond to his awkward apology.

“Don’t worry about it, it’s fine, also milk, really, you’re such a lightwe” As the milk is passed by the tabaxi gets a smell of it and unknowingly starts drooling
