Tilsu shrugs and stows the leather armor into her backpack. She starts to shift the equipment around in the storage room, trying to cover her thefts. "We can perhaps convince Branig to hire us for a while. We've already shown we can do the labor of it."

"Sounds like a plan to me!" Twig says as she stuffs the ball bearings into her pouch.

(Tell me when ready and Branig will come back. Reminder there are still some uniforms with red armbands if anyone wanted one)

(Was Zhernon able to get closer and check out the metallic object on the desk? If not it's ok just wondering. Otherwise they will take an extra uniform and armband on the way out)

(( Roland will hurriedly scoop up the uniform he had been intending to wear into his backpack, along with an armband. ))

Half covered by parchment Zhernon finds a key

Zhernon slips the key onto their person somewhere and heads out with the others. "Back to inn? Plan?"

"I'd say so, we've found out quite a few things to help us plan." Tilsu starts to make a mental note of what the clerk was wearing as she takes a couple armbands herself.

You hear footsteps and the door opening, revealing it to be Branig "Lets head back out of here and I will pay your due" He motions the group to follow him back out to his wagon "Alright hop on"

"Alrighty!" Twig says cheerfully as she follows Branig. Hoping on the wagon she says, "You don't need to pay me. I was probably more underfoot than i was useful." She giggles, "Though i guess I'm better than nothing! ...Say, why don't you have more people to help you?"

Roland casually got back into the wagon. He listened closely to the conversation Twig brought up... if it led to Branig announcing the prison needed more help, he wanted to jump in right away.

Branig lets out a sigh and says "Your a kind lass. I wish I can hire more people, but that blasted Warden won't pay enough for permanent hires unless you can find some people willing to work only for a few coppers"

Zhernon will hop and keep quiet as well, watching everyone else around the prison as they leave.

"Hmm, well we're going to be here for a short while. We can help out from time to time." Tilsu says.

Branig looks baffled "You would work for a few coppers. That is not even enough for a room for the night at an Inn. The job would be like today transporting back and forth"

"Think nothing of it, you helped us, let us help you. And we've actually saw that wanted poster over at the prison, we may try to bring him in while we wait." She answers.
