Lu says "In a tavern, across town, he will be trying to get in the basement, to get his stinger."

"What do we know of this tavern?", Willowvane inquires.

"Perhaps we shouldn't reveal ourselves too quickly." Seri suggests. "This could be a long shot but I could try to use some of my old connections to talk up the owner as a guild brewmaster. Although I haven't payed my guild fees in a while for...reasons it wouldn't hurt to try."

Seri seems to think on the topic a little more. She enters a deep concentration before snapping her fingers saying. "I could also send Rum out ahead of us to scout, but I would be blinded and deafened while using their senses."

ok, you go in, it is a busy day, people are everywhere, it is bright, and the bard is playing in the background, and see in the back of the tavern, there are stairs, leading to the basement.  What do you do?

Is there anything unordinary about the tavern or people in there?

nothing, except fro the fact that their, is a basement, with an armed guard in front of the door.  Oh yeah, and there is a cloaked figure trying to get past the guard.

Is everyone else with me at this point?

no, not yet

Not if stealth is still a factor. Thrax’s armor is not especially quiet
