OOC: Spider-Finna would be able to draw the general shape of the room, but detailed mapping on a stone floor would be beyond the ability of a spider.
Finna has explored the extent of the tunnels to the south and east now, if she is stopping without crossing the cave she just found. The only place she has not explored would be north past the store room that she found.

Spider-Finna Stealth:10
For Finna:
You are able to walk quietly enough on the ceiling to avoid attracting the attention of the ghouls on the escarpment. A tunnel leads north out of this large room, and ascends a set of stairs. A closed stone door is on the left side of this tunnel, which turns to the right, toward what looks to be a large bellows.
Considering suspicious fungi that grow everywhere, Finna will crawl with double care (if it's possible) only to take a peek at the bellows from outside, without exposing herself to any danger inside.
The bellows are attached to a large waterwheel and a blast furnace, which is cold and dark. There are a number of passages that exit from the room ahead, and more than a dozen withered corpses are scattered around the room.
In the silence of the tunnels, Roland clears his throat. "Something doesn't sit well with me. I'm going to return to the wagon so Droop is not alone if something attacks," he says.
Any way to tell from the entrance the cause of death? Like stab wounds, crashed bones, bite marks, effect of poison? And waterwheel - is there some underground river there?
The corpses look long decayed. From this distance you are unable to tell how they died, but from the decay it looks like they have been in this state for a long, long time.
Then Finna will risk to slowly go north (?) if there is an exit there, trying to stay away from the corpses and utilizing every sense spider form can provide to scan for danger.

As you step into the room, eight of the fallen dwarf bodies stir, and begin to rise. The bellows begin to glow, and a tiny skull wreathed in green flame rises from their midst, unleashing a wicked scream, and from its eyes, a red beam of light zaps you from across the room. Where the ray strikes, your spider flesh burns intensely, and you skid to a stop as you recognize the threat that is approaching - the dwarven bodies are lurching toward you in undeath.
The zombies gather beneath you, reaching up as if to tear you from the ceiling.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Finna was in no shape (literally and figuratively) to fight, yet, the last thing she wanted is to bring hoards of zombies and a magic skull to the unprepared group... The plan was simple but needed some luck on her side.
She moved back to the tunnel she came from (for spiders it's 40 ft move and she was at the entrance, right?) until she could turn and break the line of sight with the skull. There (as a bonus action) she would drop the spider form and as an action cast Invisibility on herself.
The sound of shuffling feet, and the soft green glow of the skull increase, masking the sound of your own heavy breathing. The skull reaches your intersection, hovering in midair, and turns as if looking around it. Its sunken eye sockets seem to stare directly at you.
The skull turns away, slowly leading its procession of zombies back toward the bellows.
For Thulgrim:
Exploring to the south brings you to a three-way intersection, where the path ahead ends in a partially excavated rock face, and a stone door lies on either side of you, each fitted with iron handles and hinges, and standing only 6 feet tall - the perfect height for a dwarf.
OOC: I need a map! :) Am I right and between Finna and the group is a big cave with 7 ghouls in it? With no source of light anywhere?
Wounded, surrounded by darkness, without ability to shape-shift and with no safe means to light up anything... Nice! Finna sighed at her own arrogance that made her neglect any shed of protection besides animal form, and tried the first idea she came up with - hug the wall. She was moving south (back to the group) along the wall that was the opposite to the ghouls location. Slowly, as quietly as she could and maintaining constant contact with the wall, listening intently for any sign of moving undeads.

OOC: You have it correct.
Finna Stealth:24
Finna peers into the next large chamber, which is separated by escarpments on its eastern and western ends. She tries her best to maintain steady breathing and a quiet pace as she descends a staircase to reach the lower floor, which leads to the storeroom she found earlier, and back to the party. However, as she reaches the southern exit of the room, she scatters a pile of rubble in the darkness. All falls silent for only a moment before an deathly screech fills the room, followed by the sounds of the undead, now aware of her presence.
To the south, the stone door opens easily for Thulgrim, its dwarven construction lasting through the years. The chamber inside was once an office or storeroom of some kind. A large stone counter bisects the room, set with three dusty balance scales made of iron. Cubbyholes carved into the north wall are stuffed with dusty paper scraps. Several long-dead corpses--gnomes and orcs by their look--are sprawled across the floor.
Thulgrim enters the room and looks around (unless the below happens first), slowly picking his way among the corpses, seeing if there is any remaining ore on the scales, or glancing casually at the papers in the shelves.
At the sound of the screech (assuming he heard that from where he is), Thulgrim hurries back to where he left his companions, hefting his greataxe. The long-awaited opportunity for battle makes the veins in his temples throb.

They might heard the noise but should not have seen her! Not yet! The exit was always there and if they wanted to leave they would do it by now. Finna picked up a rock, trew it in the opposite direction she was going to run to (they might run to the sound of that) and hurried down the stairs (? southern exit - is the one with the stairs too, right?) in hope, that by the time ghouls find their way up, she will get far enough.
OOC: if she is on already discovered territory - can you show where are we all?

If there is a way to walk (on the ceiling) past the ghouls undetected, then Finna will check north.
Btw, does the description "weird fungus" means Finna can not tell what kind of fungus it is?
