The orc's eyes go wide when Tarok approaches, and rather than reply, immediately turns to flee toward the cave entrance.
Round 1 Order: Players <===== Orc
Tracking: The orc is 60 feet from the cave entrance. Tarok is 20 feet from the orc. Nemean is 100 feet from the orc. Fayten and Cinis are 150 feet from the orc.
"He will warn his companions, time for action." Fayten quickly closes the distance (35 feet of movement puts Fayten at 115 feet away) and casts a guiding bolt at the orc: Attack: 6 Damage: 19
(OOC: yikes, let's hope that doesn't hit Tarok! And isn't it always that case that when you roll super good damage, the attack roll is off. sigh.)
Tarok sprints toward the orc, catching up to it while it turns to flee, arcing his greatsword through hide armor and opening a massive wound across the orc's back. Fayten thrusts his hand forward, launching a tremendous flash of light across the hill with so much force that it rocks him backwards, nearly causing him to lose his footing. The bolt streaks comically high, but the orc never sees it after Nemean's arrow lands in its skull, felling it well outside the cave mouth before it can even make a noise.
Cautiously approaching the mouth of the cave, Fayten hears the growls and grumbles of creatures within, and a voice that is deeper and booming than an orc's. From the outside of the cave, three orcs can be seen sitting within the area in view.
Nemean will rush up to Tarok and Fayten, dragging the orc body out of sight from the cave entrance. He whispers to the others “we can set an ambush for the rest of them, and pelt then with our missles as the charge down this hallway.”

Quietly Fayten informs the others of what he sees in the cave. "There are three that I can see and there is a voice I can hear that is louder, none orc from what I can figure out. I agree with the plan. Let's get in position." Fayten takes position to one side of the cave (left if looking at it from the front) and waits for the signal.
While the group is within range Fayten will cast bless on Tarok, Cinis, and Nemean.
(Marking my spell sheet accordingly) And don't forget, I already cast aid on each of you so that will be active for a while. You all have 5 additional hit points and your max HP is increased by 5 (these are not temp hit points) for 8 hours. You can mark that on your sheets by clicking on the hit points portion of your character sheet and then editing the 'max HP modifier' at the bottom left.

An orc enters view and immediately stumbles back when Nemean looses an arrow into its chest. Grabbing at the arrow's shaft, the orc shouts back into the cave. "Brughor! Sig lok nakku darg!". A clamor from inside reveals that the others are preparing to fight.
The wounded orc charges forward at Nemean with incredible speed, swinging his greataxe in a rage. Four orcs pour out of the cave entrance close behind him, whooping excitedly at the prospect of a fight.

Tarok drops his crossbow by his side and draws his longsword and shield to meet the Orcs. He runs to join Nemean, assaulting the orc from the side.
Attack: 7 Damage: 11
OOC: Do I get an attack with my readied crossbow? I was hoping to ambush them. Also, if the Orc dies from Fayten's spell, I'll still join Nemean, but I'll just ready an attack so we can meet the orcs together.
OOC: If the wounded orc is now dead, Nemean will try to get another ranged shot or two off. If it’s still alive I’ll start to switch to melee and engage him.

OOC: Sorry Tarok, I interpreted that as drawing the weapon rather than readying an action. If you include a specific condition to trigger the action that will help clarify in the future. I'll give Tarok an extra crossbow attack before he drops it.
