(Round 1)
Defeating the weak magic of the many-eyed aberration, the noble drow swiftly curses the monster and unleashes a purple beam of eldritch crackling force against it. Hex (dex) Eldritch Blast: 8 Force: 6 Necrotic: 2
Sarith moves to his masters side, unleashing a poisoned bolt against the abomination. Initiative: 21 Hand Crossbow: 19 Percing: 4 DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way.
(Round 2)
Traydark unleashes another purple beam of eldritch crackling force against the many-eyed aberration. Eldritch Blast: 12 Force: 6 Necrotic: 4 He then moves behind Sarith to avoid melee with the spiders.
Sarith fires another poisoned bolt against the abomination. Hand Crossbow: 14 Percing: 8 DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way.
(When the spectator goes down, attacks will be redirected at the closest spider.)
If Khessa successfully blinded the spectator during round 1, she fires at some spider to help her companions; else she will try her manouver again (unless she understands that it is something impossible)
'This abomination attacks wiht its eyes!' thinks Khessa, as the spectator hits Traydark with its green ray '...if I manage to cover him with... something like a large piece of cloth, it will no more able to see... and not to attack either, I hope! Plus, it will not be easy for him to take it off, since it has no hands! There is someone of us that has...' she briefly looks around and imediately sees the big dark green mantle with white fur linings worn by the noble drow '...Yes!'
The blonde arcane warrior momentarily takes hold of Traydark's cloack: "Excuse me, it's for a good cause!" she then runs towards the aberration, she mentally instructs her invisible servant to help keep the cloth taut, and jumps, trying to places it on the monster's head.
Whether the spectator is blind or not, Khessa will leave it be now: if it is blind because of the cloack, it shoul not be a big threat anymore; it it is not, the tall adventurer would still prefer to get rid of its weaker helpers before, so that the whole party can then focus on the spectator.
The blonde arcane warrior finds a free corner and targets the more wounded of the two spiders: confidently chanting an arcane formula and concluding the spell with an elegant wave of the hand, acquired during training with a certain drow warlock, she sends a mote of fire towards the opponent.
Buppido, upon seeing the excellent centers that Khessa and Eldeth are collecting, mutters: "If I weren't there to distract the spiders..." and keeps firing with his crossbow, targeting the most wounded spider.

(I think it's Ebzer's turn, but I'm not sure if we have killed a spider yet. Ebzer will try to finish off the most wounded spider first. If there is only one, that's who he will attack.)
Movement: He rushes to the spider and attacks viciously.

Movement: He rushes to the spider and attacks viciously.
Action: Greataxe Attack: 22 Damage: 26 slashing.
Uhhhh... well clearly you can't roll 1d12 +5 and get 26, so how's about I just re-roll both attack and damage in the game log and post results here?
Ok, Ebzer's roll in game log was an 8, with a 4 on the bless roll for 12 attack roll. (Damage is 9+2 for rage = 11 slashing)
While the fancy flourishes failed in fair fashion, plenty of eldritch blasts and arrows found their way to the enemies, sending one spider down in a sickly chittering, and the spectator screams out in your minds once more, "They're here! They're heeeerrrre....." and falls down off the edge with a solid thump and disappearing into the webby depths below. The remaining spider dodges the swing of the great axe before attempting to flee the scene, off into the dark webs.
(Anyone may take an Opportunity Attack against it if they wish or let it go. Combat is over if you let it go or after you take your AOO. Sorry for the delay.)
"You are not going away without taking your parting gift, are you?" Khessa mocks the runaway spider, swinging her scimitar: she thinks that a dead (or at least heavily wounded) spider is still better than a living one, in this place...
However, whether the spider manages to escape or not, the blonde arcane warrior, while she returns the cloak to Traydark ("Thanks so much for the loan! I would have liked to see how it looked on Mr Big Ball..." she winks "...but that guy clearly proved he had no interest in fashion") and retrieves the poor dead halfling's possessions, she considers aloud: "That abomination arrived as soon as this poor fellow finished telling us about the tomb... probably it was its guardian! It must have come here chasing the halfling. The entrance must be nearby! I still think we should look for it... not only could it be useful for us to equip ourselves better, there is also the fact that the guardian raved about demons... We don't want to find out more? Demons on the loose are no good for anyone..."
While Khessa waits for everyone to express their opinion about looking for the tomb or not (Traydark and Ebzer have already talked about it, but not so Katryl and Silas...), she shares with her companions what has been found (according to DM's post: 'a few rations and a small skin of water that still appears to be good, as well as a usable dagger and 5 silver pieces' - it is 1sp for each player character, the dagger can go to Khessa, so Katryl can take her own back, the water and the ration can be in our pool, since we are sharing - how many rations exactly, by the way?)
Silas turns down the silver. He enjoys taking people’s money, but prefers it from the living rather than the dead. As for the temple, he indicates an interest in exploring it, unless the goblins are eager to go.

Katryl and Eldeth both take one parting shot at the giant spider they had been fighting. (Katryl Rapier Attack: 7 Damage: 9 piercing) (Eldeth Shortsword: Attack: 21 Damage: 11 piercing)
"It seems wandering off to some tomb is only going to give any pursuers a better chance to catch us," Katryl says - not directly a 'no' but she seems more interested on moving on. "But what did the voice mean? Is something else coming?"

If Bless can help (no idea): add 3

Ebzer will have another swing at the arachinid.
15 attack roll, 13+2 rage = 15 slashing damage
