Norr picks up his bow from the floor by the grip, in his right hand, but he notices the bowstring has become unstrung from the top limb, and now trails uselessly toward the floor.
Quickly, he strikes the back of his ring against the edge of the table and the ring sings like a great gong, rebounding through the room, growing loudest around the ears of the spearman who stabbed Brix in the face. The air grows heavy, like a thunder storm has just dropped into existence above the library’s roof, and some of the assembled combatants’ ears pop.
In a language only Leo-Pard speaks, Norr whispers, “Rattle the Wisdom from his skull.” Again the sounds reverberate, building on themselves until deafening, despite his quietness.
Even as he speaks, Norr draws his ring hand from the top limb of his bow to the bottom, and a barely-there bowstring appears. As he draws it back, a crackling arrow of the same grey-silver metal as his ring comes into being and he lets it fly, aiming at the target of his Hex. Wherever it hits, the arrow vanishes in a crack of thunder.
The bookshelves rattle, and a few books fall to the floor.
With the expenditure of his magic, Norr takes a moment to breathe — to focus on keeping the hex steady — and he backs up to the corner of the nearest bookshelf that he can take partial cover behind (if there is one or else he ducks mostly under the cover of the table, at the furthest point away from the assassins).
(OCC: @DM my bad I wasn't paying attention. Stick with the sanctuary spell and he'll take the dodge action. On another note, are you going to give us a turn order or a map?)

Yep, technically now at the top of Round #2. Enemy Mage's turn, then Scribe, then masked warriors, then Casrian (he may be making death saves for his turn, gents).
A masked warrior strikes out at his ally next to him. He hits him, stabbing right through his left shoulder.
The Scribe surrounds himself in a white silver mist and when it disappears, the Scribe is nowhere to be found. Then, from outside, you see a pale cyan ray hit what would probably be the mage leader.
A masked warrior disengages, and retreats as far back as he can go. This warrior is seriously wounded.
A last warrior strikes at masked warrior, but misses.
(the striking other warriors was the Sanctuary spell.)
“I hope it stings! I hope it stings worse than the first making of water, the morning after drinking Brix Philbin’s Fabulous Flammable Firewater (Trademark Pending), you funguswart!” shouts Norr, from behind the bookshelf, on hearing the scream of the warrior.
Ok.
Oh and also the faceless mage leaves the building and takes cover behind the wall.

Yeah DL for dragonlouis. I can see how that will be confusing going forward so I’ll type it out
Ah ok that makes sense. Dang surprise rounds and all that. Makes sense but boggled my head to remember who was doing what.
If Dolmek is near enough he will use lay on hands and bring Brix up 4hp, “Brix your hurt, let me fix your scalp. Please get behind me for cover too.”
that’s his turn...
Hex as a bonus action on the spearman who stabbed Brix. Disadvantage Wisdom. (Concentration spell)
Eldritch Blast as action on same spearman
Attack Roll —> 24
Eldritch blast dmg—> 8 (Including +2 Thunder Damage)
[Hex dmg —> 4 necrotic]

I have not a map.
Sorry.

(lol, he does have 6hp. I just figured someone would poke Cas for at least 6 points of damage)
Casrian grunts against the pain of his wound and spits. He flourishes his rapier at the nearest warrior and lunges at him.
Attack: 12 (gross)
Damage: 6
Sneak Attack (if possible): 3
Who's turn is it now?
Your turn, Leo, unless there is another warrior after Cas.
So DM, is it mine or the warriors turn?
It's Leo's turn.
The warrior Casrian stabbed cries out in pain.

If the leader is still in the room, then Leo will shoot at him again (rolls in game log)
Roll to hit 8
Roll for damage 7
Favored Foe Damage 2
if the leader isn't in the room, then these rolls will apply to the furthest enemy in the room, minus the favored foe damage
