Urzan watch as she already notice that the kobalds (if thoses are kobalds) and notice the one with the rock, she had try for diplomacy but they didn't even try to speak before anything, She whispered something in Abyssal language before using her shield to block the imcoming rock attack. (need a roll?)
Do you have something that will allow you to do that? Does 16 meet or beat your AC?
OOC: Just want to confirm before I post my turn, did Urzan and Snikket already go and I missed it? Also can we restate the layout and distances to creatures?
Everyone was in the hallway then Urzan approached the nearest Kobold which promptly attached her and alerted the other Kobolds in the room. The room is roughly 40’x40’. Kobold 1 is 10 from the hallway, the #2 is 10’ back and 10’ to the left, #3 10’ back and 15’ to the right of #1, #4 is in the middle of the room, the the last four are at the back of the room (East side) about spaced about 5’ from each other.
Up until now all the scuffling and noises have been coming from the paths before you, drawing you ever closer to your prey…
Now the most keen-eared of you can hear soft footsteps drawing closer to you from behind you in the cave from where you had been. Out of the dim light appears a female Dark Elf…
(Shara makes herself known. And rolls initiative )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Out of the shadows steps a half-drow, bearing all the typical trademarks of her drow ancestors, though her skin is decidedly a lighter shade of gray than most full drow elves. Unlike the features many stereotype of the drow, however, Shara's violet eyes bear an inherent kindness. A thick plait of silver-white hair falls down her back, bobbing a bit as she steps quietly down the corridor. Dressed in simple, dull leather armor under a common cloak, the half-drow slightly leans on an ornate staff topped with a solid, black orb, appearing void-like even in dim light.
Despite the very clear and very present dangers that surround her, she smiles at Urzan, Snikkit, Dueragan, and Ghost. She quietly raises a finger to her lips and attempts to stick to the shadows as much as possible, hoping to remain unseen by those beady, little dragon eyes.
Shara initiative: 20
Stealth, if possible: 6

The half-drow continues to watch the non-kobolds for a moment, before turning her eyes to the tiny dragonish beasts. Shara holds out her hand, palm facing up, and whispers something to herself in a strange hybrid of undercommon and elvish. As the last words leave her lips, tiny wisps of glittery purple flame begin circling above her outstretched palm, coalescing into a small ball of bright purple flame. She blows the ball of faerie fire toward the kobolds, an apple-sized concentration of drow-infused magic. The tiny flaming sphere stops in the midst of the grouping of enemies closest to the party and explodes, covering everything in a twenty-foot cube with a glittering sheen of violet energy.
The half-drow lowers her arm and leans again on her staff, keenly watching to see if the faerie fire lands.
((She's aiming at as many enemies as she can in a 20-foot cube, but trying to focus on the ones closest to the party. They'll need to make a DC 13 dex save or they shed dim light for ten feet and anyone attacking them gets advantage on attack rolls))

Ghost's initiative: 14
((NLGames, feel free to go before me because of the tiebreaker 😝))

While we are waiting…

Yes the dice roller
If you want to do something with stealth, you haven’t been seen by the Kobolds yet
((Are you saying I can do something now (as in surprise for me)? Or they just don't see me until it hits my abysmal init. roll?))

Sure, what the hell. Go ahead and take your turn. It’ll be fun.
