As the floor starts to tilt, Yom clicks at ChatkCha who flies to retrieve the “Headphones” and “Whip” off the dead guard, giving the Whip to Ronin to use, and holds out the Headphones; “Anyone want these ?”.
The Bag of Holding he inspects to see if it is one of his own creations, and if so, what’s left in it from before ! Did they steal all of his craft-ware ? His tools ? His supplies ? Or did they add anything new ? Anything…. Interesting ?
The ship hallway splits around you with a second explosion.
Before you are two Bombardier warship bearing down. The second's cannon still smoking.
Ballistae rain into the remains of your ship.
You see the darkness of wild space bellow and the bright light of a sun above with two attacking air ships battering your haul. There is gravity here. It pulls you toward the miles long statue of a long dead Naga Goddess.
You are falling on the same trajectory along with most of the (pieces of) ship as well.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
After defeating the guard, Ronin observes the chaos that is around him that is the ship about to crash, the odd creatures he is confined with, and the actions of how he ended up in this situation, to come to a conclusion.... Escape together or die separate.
Ronin shouts to Yom, "Big One!, hand me that key and hold on to the rest. Before we teleport, we need to grab our things otherwise we wont stand a chance out there! I saw where they keep it!"
When a solid surface comes in view and within 15’ I’ll teleport us there
I don't believe there are really any "solid surfaces" any more, just bits of falling ship, us amongst them.. when we get near a "real" surface, we will need Feather Fall to arrest our speed, as 500'/r on a 20'x20' piece of hull will be painful.
Yom - "We're falling under 1G, assume atmosphere this close to such a huge statue (large air envelope), luckily we are close together, and two of us have Feat:Telekinesis to shove us as we fall. When we get to "ground" we have Feather Fall, as we have no "realistic" other options to change our decent. Cat & Chatk can fly if they want."
Feather Fall works flawless. Gravity carries the remains of your ship and once prison to the very nose of the Goddess herself. It pulls you as well, but not a strongly.
You land 200 feet out from the wreckage, which from your current angle looks very much like a giant cave, or an archetypical dungeon.
A quick survey of the wreckage shows nothing moving and countless humanoid bodies. There are no survivors... beside you.
Perception Check: DC 15
The debris of many older wrecks can seen be around the entrance.

Thank you for playing so far. It's been fun. I'll spin up Chapter two in a bit.
Please increase your Character level in any class you like.
Also, please apply all of your equipment. If there is a non-magical item that you would like, and did not have on your sheet, you may be able to get it. Please send me the list of what you are adding. Unless otherwise negotiated, these items should be appropriate to a standard fantasy setting.
Each of you get 1d100 x 10 of gold or other coin and jewels.

With wreckage falling all around them, Yom comes in for a “power landing”, right knee bent, ready for more action. But their small group were the only ones to survive the devastating attack, with the arresting magic saving them from the downward plummet. With the rest of the group Yom searches through the wreckage around them, finding several more Bags of Holding, one for each of them, and Unable to parse dice roll. gold pieces for himself.
He looks around for anything else ( 7 ), noting the huge cave opening.
Splitting the previous found 13 gold amongst the five of them they get 26 silver each.
With no response on the Headphones, he safely stores them for later analysis or allocation as needed.
Feeling empowered from the fight, Yom is sure he will be able to rise to the next level of skill… the “triple punch” in his next fight !
Old wrecks are everywhere in the giant mouth of the cave. Mundane equipment is abundant and varied. Food not so much. The biggest pieces have been dragged away from the entrance. There is evidence of looting.

Soul Recorder® wasn't supposed to show up for a long time, or not even in this game. But it fit the circumstance.
When everyone is done leveling, the investigation can start.
