Jacob: Your Eldritch Blast streaks forward and strikes the Flame Dragon Wrymling. While the damage you do is minimal, the monster looks ragged and half dead.
Natasha and Penelope: The dwarf looks you two and says, "Thank you, but you must stop Igbalneum! If he stays on that dais much longer, he'll become a Young Flame Dragon!!!" She then stands up and tries to take cover behind one of the statues in the hallway.
(Natasha carefully tries to enter the room again.)
Dex Save: 7
(Once she does, she runs near Stone and takes out her Lasso of Loot. She uses a command to have it make a loop, then tosses it like a normal lasso to try to ensnare the Wyrmling.)
OOC: Not sure what roll that would be, but here's a random 20, please add any modifiers.
OOC: I'm not sure you can move up next to Stone. You're prone; so you can only crawl or stand up, then move.
Boring Movement Rule Details
Every foot of movement while crawling cost 1 extra foot. If you want to stand it will cost you 15 feet. Also the oil is difficult terrain, so crawling through it cost 2 extra feet per foot of movement.
If you stand you can jump over the oil like you did last time you entered the forge room. If you crawl, you won't need to roll a save since you're already prone.
I'll let you reroll everything once you decide on your course of action.
Also, by lasso of loot, do you mean the rope of climbing? To use it as a lasso, I'm going to treat it like a net with a range of 20/60. Add your dex bonus to the roll if you plan to attempt the throw.
OOC: Cute. :) I still don't think you have enough movement to get next to Stone. Igbalneum, the Flame Dragon Wyrmling, will be too far away for you to lasso without disadvantage. I'll let you reroll everything once you tell me what square you're in and how you're getting there.
Sorry, was confused. Natasha stands up and uses her turn to get as close to Stone as possible, even if she can't use her rope. Just as a reminder, I have Cunning Action that lets me take a Bonus Action that I can use to Dash, which use.
Natasha: You enter the Forge room again and you're hit in the face with the heat from the dais and the giant anvils. You dash to Stone's side, ready to use your lasso the next chance you get. (OOC: I’ll let you keep that roll for next round.)
The anvils glow hotter than before, empowering the Dragon Wyrmling. Igbalneum remains on the dais, but notices for the first time that its human associate is dead and the dwarf is missing. It calls out in a mocking tone. "Polla, where are you? I want to thank you properly for your help getting in here." It smiles an evil smile and laughs.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Penelope: After getting yourself off the floor, you head into the Forge Room. You are instantly enveloped by the room's intense heat.
Your Ice Knife pierces Igbalneum's side, causing its lava-like blood to spill out. The Ice Knife explodes.
Igbalneum Dex Save: 6
The exploding Ice Knife leaves the Flame Dragon Wyrmling unharmed. It laughs tauntingly at you, ignoring it's massive injuries. "HA HA HA!!! Is that all you've got, little dragonborn?!"
Stone: You draw your sword and confidently walk up to the dais like justice personified. The stairs leading up to the platform are steeper and more difficult than you thought they would be, but you make it to the top. It's even hotter and more uncomfortable on the dais than it is in the rest of the boiling Forge room. You swing on the Wyrmling, but your strike misses the mark.
Jacob's a little frustrated with his lack of ranged attacks and mentally notes to spice it up a bit in the future, but for now is constrained to carefully stepping around the trapped tiles, and navigating his own damn oil to end up shoulder-to-shoulder with Penelope and fire off the trusty old crackling eldritch blast at the wyrmling...
Dex check, if necessary: 17
Another, if at dis/advantage: 9
Eldritch Blast: Attack: 24 Damage: 11
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Jacob Bray - The Call of Lon-Dia, Human Bloodhunter 3
Jacob: You hug the west wall of the hallway and you're able to avoid both the remaining traps and your oh-so-effective Oil of Slipperiness. Once in the doorway next to Penelope, you zap the Wyrmling with your eldritch blast. The monster looks barely alive now, but it doesn't seem to care as it continues to laugh maniacally.
The dwarf (who is presumably named Polla), continues to hide behind a statue in the hallway. She barely manages the bravery to peek down the hall to check on the status of her saviors.
(OOC: This isn't exactly RAW, but I'll allow you to use your "Fast Hands" to get this all done in one round.)
Natasha: From where you're standing, you deftly toss your Lasso of Loot through the blue flames and around Igbalneum's neck. The lasso's magically properties protect it from the fire, for now. Make an Arcana or an Investigation check to see if you can figure out how long the rope will last.
You pull the rope with all your might, but the Dragon Wyrmling grips it's claws into the stone dais and tenses its neck. Its not budging without a stronger pull.
Stone: Igbalneum looks at Natasha, its yellow eyes full of hate. "You DARE to rope ME, the great Igbalneum?! Like I was some sort of PACK ANIMAL?!!!"
It can't hit Natasha from where it is so it turns its fury against its nearest enemy, you. It opens its mouth and unleashes a cone of Fire Breath at you.
Penelope: You run up next to Natasha and attempt to pull the rope. Unfortunately, the Flame Dragon Wyrmling is too dug in to move with your existing strength.

Lets get crazy and try an Ice knife. Penelope will stand up and walk up to the doorway.
Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Then the Dragon needs to make a Dex Save DC 13 or it will take:
Cold Damage: 6
She will then look around to see if there's anything else in the room that might be useful for the situation they're in.
Penelope: After getting yourself off the floor, you head into the Forge Room. You are instantly enveloped by the room's intense heat.

Since you said I could keep my 19 Roll, I'm assuming I manage to throw the rope around the Wyrmling:
(Natasha runs up into range and uses the rope to try to ensnare the wyrmling. She hands the rope to Stone and yells out.)
"Pull for all you're worth, Stone! Everyone, help us! We need to get him off of the Dais!"
