True cracks his neck and rolls his shoulders. "I believe it would be wise to pursue some lore, so long as we don't have to travel through the mist to get there"
“No Mists unless you head to the domain’s border… um, usually. Damned Mists are unpredictable….” She frowns at the mention of them. “They took my brother years ago.. I haven’t seen or heard from him since…”
Amira seems to perk up at the mention of the magically college, looking to the others as the old woman talks to Gustav. "At the very least if not for investigation then out of curiosity it would perhaps not hurt to look into this magic school."

"Wes gots t' start somewheres," Nos Heliwr agrees with the major sentiment of those who wish to keep their investigations close to the vest, at least at present. "Once wes learned a bit more aboot whats what round 'ere, wes will bes in a better place t' decide who might bes best t' ask questions of, 'n by the same token, who not t' bes asking things of. So, I says, off t' the books!"

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
The Carnival noises can still be heard, and more and more people are piling in. The sounds of laughter echo throughout the sky. The way to leave the Carnival and enter any locale with a library is the same dirt road you used coming from Levkarest on your way here. You can wager that Levkarest has a library, but the question becomes… do you want to go to a regular library, or a magical one?

"I agree, but I think that we should start at a Library, then try the school next, but I'm open to suggestions."

Gustav thinks this for a bit... "Anyway, I think it's best that if we find a library, we should find a magical one. It seems that magic is involved with what we're looking for."
"Then it would seem that we need to speak to the troupes of the carnival or if possible a local of the area." Amira says as she looks to the others for their opinion.
"I can go back and ask the troupers I've talked to, but I think many of them have started their performances. Perhaps we can look for someone carrying a spell book or see if those local merchants have maps"
True begins scanning the crowds for someone that might look like a local 'bookworm'
The man reading the book takes note that he has been noticed - but is honestly a bit frightened when he sees True. “U-Uh… c-can I… h-help you?” He slowly adjusts his glasses. “…Are you gonna hurt me?”

"Oh no, just looking for a friend. I was supposed to meet them at the library, but have forgotten where they said it was."
"Well, out of gross negligence he forgot to mention that there are several libraries. Could you please enlighten us about our options? In that way we can find out where he can be."

“Well there’s Nuikin Family Library in Levkarest just a brisk walk from here. It’s next to the cigar and pipe shop! There’s also a library in the local Church of Ezra full of theological texts. There’s another Nuikin library in Sturben, New Ivlin… there’s a lot!”
Amira makes her way with the others, doing her best to memorize the ones the young man mentions. "We should start at the closest one and perhaps from there try to find the one integrated into the church."

With an 11, you see a few people who look bookish around - but note a young man sitting alone, reading a book.
"Guys... I don't think we should talk to anyone, I mean, who knows who is a part of this 'Priests of Osybus' cult!"
"We cannot let fear override our need for answers. Proceed with caution, don't mention the... Goal and we should be alright"
"What I'm saying is that our answers will come from the library, so we don't need to talk to anyone"
*Whispered* "See, no information given and we might get directions"
“Oh, um, there are several. Did he or she say which one?” The man asks with a warm smile, warning up at the mention of libraries.
