The captain pauses as he sees Breldo mime out actions, seeming to get the basic gist of what he is trying to relay. His eyes glance at the flooded ladder down, but then back upon the group. For the moment at least, he remains quiet, even as Nuria (presumably) whispers her plan to get closer. Something the dragonborn seems at least a bit skeptical about, his weapon tightly gripped. After all, it was clear that the people lying there had seen her already, so there was no "out of sight" stealthing. But, she could be quiet instead. Placing her feet in such a manner that even the old boards beneath her feet would not give a peep as she approached. And... Surprisingly enough, it seems that the man lying on the ground could not care less about her approach as she does. Some of them look almost glassy eyed, as if not even fully realizing she's there. She gets to right next to the man lying closest to them.
(Not in the water just fyi. The front half of the second deck is partially flooded, but the back half where you and they are is still fully above.)
Slick sneakily begins counting and checking some of the cabin doors as he does. It seems there are several lining the sides of this deck, in between the mattress sleeping spots and amenities. Starting at the front of the ship, he counts ten on each side, going in a loop, which means...
Ah. Of course, it's the cabin right in front of them, so close, but also one of the very few in the direction of these crazed people. Of course. If he didn't know better, he'd blame some god for wanting him to get involved in this entire mess.

(Oh lol not sure why I thought she had to walk through water to get there.)
Nuria glances down at the men laying on the floor. They are awake, so trying to take their weapons out of their hands would probably not be the greatest idea. However, she had figured out what she wanted to. These men don't seem to care about what she or the others do as long as they are quiet. Looking up, she notices the strange cat man and the halfling that she is unfamiliar with start looking through the cabins. Why had that not occurred to her? Why was she so fixated on these man men? She looks back down at them again, trying to see if there are any other signs of why they are acting this way.
Investigation: 21
Then she looks back at Gilgamesh and the others who are still over there with him. She puts one finger to her lips, signaling to be quiet, then points at the men and makes a grasping motion, then shrugs. If the group could catch the uninjured ones by surprise, perhaps they could drag them all out with minimal bloodshed. However, it would be best to check for any other survivors before doing so. Before she leaves to help Slick and Tuck, she waits for some kind of answer from the others.
Gilgamesh seems content to try and wait out a little bit to see what might happen with the group and Nuria's approach, at least until Tuck figures there are other people that need to be checked as well... And plenty "behind" them as well, toward the front of the ship, where hopefully those men wouldn't disturb. That's where Tuck starts, giving the bodies at least a quick inspection, although most are indeed confirmed to be far too late.
(Give me an investigation check.)
Still, torn between helping Tuck and dealing with the people in question, Gilgamesh for now sticks with the potential threat. And seeing Nuria's motions, digs about in his own stuff for a moment, before pulling out a rope- Perhaps something of potential use..?
Assuming, of course, that they'd even get to use it. Slick, heroic man that he is, valiantly clambers along the wooden wall to get to one of the cabins in front of them, obviously with the intent to check if there may be survivors in there! And maybe some other stuff, too. And while he gets inside the cabin, he does not do so without a hefty creaking of some boards he needs to put his weight on, and the group of crazed men begins to let out a series of anguished groans, growling almost as if they were rabid dogs as a few grip their weapons tight. For one moment it looks as if they'd charge the source straight away to get rid of it... Instead, most end up clenching their head, trying to keep themselves down.
For Nuria, it is certainly a very, very strange sight, and she's not sure if even a top detective could come to fully understand what kind of madness these men are encountering. But judging by their general state, she'd almost describe some of them as having a crippling headache. A headache to which there seemed to be only one cure, found in this hyperfixation of them toward the floor. There was something with it, with their incessant need to be close to it, and it was obviously not "just" the floor. So, now, listening very carefully, through the smallest cracks in the boards...
She hears it too. A faint, but unmistakable sound, came from somewhere right beneath them.
A slow, but rhythmic, striking of steel pins, each filled with reverb.
Nuria gets drawn in, for a moment her eyes glazing over as she is drawn into the tune beneath her. It is a calm, peaceful tune and, for a brief moment, she forgets all that surrounds her.
There is no more ship. No more blood on the wall, no more corpses, no more mad men, no more companions- It's just her, floating above the ocean, with a radiant, multicolored sky above. Yet, this does not incite panic. Quite the opposite. For perhaps the first time in her life, she feels truly calm. She feels as if everything is just right in the world. Listening to the song, now all around, she feels something calling, just to her.
Only for a loud creak of the hull to drag her back. Most others appear to be looking at her with some confusion, Gilgamesh still holding up the rope to see if it could be helpful, albeit now gesturing a bit more frantically.
Slick meanwhile, uses that grease of his to first oil up the door, then close it without a single squeak- Giving him a bit more leeway to start his search. It does not take too long for him to notice there have been stitches put into a side of one of the mattresses in this bunk.
Nuria freezes for a moment. What was that? The music was...beautiful...but...where is it coming from? Music can't come from under the boat...can it? Magic is not real. She blinks, staring at the floor for a few moments before putting a hand to her head. The fact that it made her feel calm, only makes her even more afraid now. Slowly, she looks up at Gilgamesh. Is she the only one who could hear it? Her and these...mad men? The Mad men.... they clearly could hear it too. That's why they are so fixated on the floor. But...if she can hear it....does that make her mad as well? At the thought, her body starts to quiver. Shutting her eyes, she presses her hands over her ears and starts to back away from the sailors on the floor. No, she can't be mad....at least, not completely, otherwise, she would be doing the same thing those men were. Opening her eyes again, she hesitantly takes her hands away from her ears and focuses on Gilgamesh and rushes back over to him as quietly as possible. "There is music. In the floor."She squeaks, "That's what they are listening to. I-It made me feel...calm. b-but then the boat creaked, and it brought me back." She swallows. "M-maybe we could bring them back, with enough noise. T-though they might attack us. S-so if you think we could bind them all to keep them from attacking, we could try that first."
Oren has no real idea what is causing all this. So....he is just going to stay where he is and stay alert. Ready to smack any threat that may arise with his hammer.
Nuria skips back to the captain with such quiet, for a moment it seems that the crazed men seem more glad than they had been before. The captain raises a hefty brow at the statements the girl delivers upon getting back.
"Music?" he states questioningly, glancing at the stairs down, water practically pouring over and onto the second deck.
"I don't think anyone could be playing music down there still..."
"But I suppose that doesn't matter," he continues whispering "If they're going to get hostile when they can't listen properly, we should deal with them first. My solution would involve a bit more brute force... But maybe it is possible to tie them up?" he spoke, giving a half shrug, not certain himself whether or not it is the best plan. There is just one thing he is sure of.
"Don't think it should be me getting closer though," he says with a subtle tap on his armor.

Nearby, but neatly hidden behind a door, Slick opens up the mattress. A rather large hempen bag is revealed to be inside, albeit not as heavy as he'd expect it to be. But large enough to make one question how he is going to get it out.
After taking another glance around of course. Hard to say if here might have been more valuables stashed away here before because the room is kind of a mess, but he does notice a satchel that has been left on the other bed.
Nuria looks a little hurt. Gilgamesh clearly doesn't believe her. Though, she can't really blame him, the remark did sound crazy. Gods, is she crazy? Shaking the thought away, she nods to the captain then looks at the others in the group. "I-I can't tie them up by myself. C-can the rest of you help me please?"

Anything else of value in here?
(So did the ship creaking un-charm her? Or is she still charmed? Just want to clarify before I post an RP)
(Not charmed. Feeling normal as far as she can tell.)
