Breldo strikes, knocking the one in front of him down, then sideswipes another. Oren for his part steps forward, then swings at one in the back that had only just gotten up. He never even gets to swing that dagger before a hammer knocks him down, and he goes down wheezing.
Nuria then manages to make another collapse by cuts at nonfatal locations (long as he gets some care later), making the only sailors left two tied up ones who are struggling, but for now at least stuck, and the one who had just dropped their weapon at Gilgamesh' command. Something to which the captain responds by rushing forward himself, wasting no time to grab the man by surprise, then pin him against the wall.
"Snap out of it! Whatever's become of you all, you are better than this!"
The man winces, pressed against the wall, eyes blinking rapidly as anger seems mostly replaced by confusion. The two on the ground however still seem to be thrashing about.
(Out of turn order, but decisions need to be made what to do with the two tied ones, and the grappled one.)
---
Slick for his own part, keeps duly to his word, immediately calling for help once he is back up on the main deck. One of the guards that had climbed on to help immediately rushes down, alongside at least one remaining sailor that likely has more bravery than common sense. By the time they'd get down they'd find the battle already over, of course. And Slick goes over the side, and starts crawling down.
(What is your objective? The ship he came on in seems to be gone, but there are others, most now with passengers.)
---
Khond approaches the captain, who gives him seemingly a slightly nervous look.
"Oh, nothing, nothing, just recalled that if the boat sinks and my boat gets damaged, I won't be able to pay rent, so, I'm just playing it safe..."

Noting the sailor's reaction to Gilgamesh's treatment, Nuria bends down next to one of the bound sailors and says. "P-please stop. I know the music is nice, but it's making you act like a m-mad-man." She doesn't put her daggers away, rather, she keeps hold of them with a white knuckled grip, fear is clear in her voice. "I-If you can't snap out of it, we might have to hurt you in order to keep you from d-drowning. I r-really don't want to hurt anyone anymore.
Oren goes over to the two that are tied up, "Maybe we should secure these ropes better and get them updeck. Can someone help me with the rope and knots?"
He nods to Nuria, "Hopefully you can talk some sense into them, that would be the easiest remedy it seems."
Even if he's not being the most attentive, Khond is still quite certain the captain isn't just leaving because he's scared of his boat getting damaged. He seems more nervous than anything.
---
Beneath deck, the group begins to tend to the group in various ways. Some quick bandaging on Breldo's part makes sure that nobody is in any real danger, while Nuria and Oren fuss over the two on the ground. Gilgamesh turns to look at the side, especially when it seems like the duo are not immediately persuaded by Nuria's words.
"They're tied up and disarmed, should be harmless enough. Let's get them escorted up, and give them a knock on the back of the head if they're more trouble awake than unconscious," he notes, not wanting to waste more time. For his own part, while the man he's got grappled seems confused, he slips on the one pair of manacles on hand, and already begins to move to escort him out. It's only then that one of the two sailors on the ground seems to respond to Nuria proper.
"...It's gone," one starts, the other pushing his ear back to the ground and almost seeming to sob when he is rewarded with apparent nothing.
"No no no, it can't be gone! It still has to be down there! I- I need to save it!"
Almost as if the boat itself was responding to this exclamation, the man struggling to get up with eyes on the flooded hatch, a terrible creaking courses through the ship. Everyone feels how the boat tilts notably beneath their very feet, the front of the ship listing yet more forward. Splashes of water course over the edge of the hatch closest to them, and stream down the deck, leaving the entire front half flooded.
---
Slick curses to himself, obviously blaming the horse man rather than a tiefling who wanted to get the hell away lest any crew, or guards, decided to ask him more about that curious little shipment of his. Scanning about on the same side of the ship, he finds...
Ugh, only a rowboat... And it's crowded full! But he could probably still slip on...
Nuria lets out a frightened squeak when the ship suddenly lurches and water starts seeping in. Hopping up, she quickly sheaths her daggers, then grabs the arm of one of the bound sailors trying to haul him to his feet. "Come on! I know you liked the music, but it's not under the ship anymore! You wouldn't stay under a sinking ship would you? You'd be crushed! It-it probably went out on the life boats. Yes-yes! Whoever is making that music is probably on a life boat right now."Her frightened voice sounds almost hysteric as she tries to get the sailors to come with her. "P-please just come! I don't want to drown, and I don't want to let you drown!"
Khond frowns somewhat more - a contemplative frown, rather than an unhappy one - and scratches at his jaw, "Is something wrong? Surely all these other boats here would be wary of the same danger, so what are you truly worried about?"

"Not under! Inside! It has to be there still, she has to be there!"
It is clear by now that the men will no longer listen to reason, and one of them even tries to make a mad dash to dive in- Even if the rope behind his back would likely surely mean he'd be in trouble. Luckily, it's at the exact moment that one of Gilgamesh' guards also comes down the stairs, and the Dragonborn, already dragging the cuffed one back, wastes no time yelling out.
"Grab that man! Get him outside to the boat I came in on," he starts, before turning to the group at large. "Grab one of the men if you can, work together if you need to, and get them out- We're running out of time!"
---
Slick jumps onto the rowboat, grumbling to himself how at the end of the day it STILL came down to the cramped space. But at least this time around he's not the one rowing; the guard, oblivious, takes stock of the people on the boat, quickly glances up to check if anyone else was underway... And then begins to row toward shore.
---
The captain doesn't really respond, his mouth just slightly dropped open as he fails to find a proper response. He quickly glances at the tiefling behind him, then excuses himself: "Gotta tend to the sail, sory-"
Oren heads to one of the subjects that has not been tied up but is unconscious and he heaves the body onto his shoulder and starts bringing him/her up to the top deck has he was just ordered.
The guard in question intercepts the man. Bound, he kicks and flails, but is ultimately powerless to be dragged up, as Breldo, Oren, and Tuck, all work on at least helping drag up some of the others.
"You can't do this! You monsters! Let me go! Let me- I can't! I can't stay here, not here, not when-"
Words die out slowly as he's dragged up the stairs, and the group begins rushing to get the men, incapitated or not, out. Another sailor rushes out from the top side to help with that, wincing as he looks at the other bodies strewn about, but soon starts to help. Not all bodies are accounted for yet, but most are already on or being escorted to the top deck. Down below, the water on the second deck is slowly, but visibly, creeping up toward the back where they all are.
Once all the sailors are out from below deck. Nuria rushes up as well. She's ready to get off this ship, and if she can help it. She doesn't want to deal with another boat for a long time. If ever.
Khond lowers his voice, "You're not being threatened by one of the new passengers, are you? I can't imagine anyone from a sinking ship has that much influence left."

The man helping Khond pauses for a moment messing with the rigging, eyes darting back while trying to remain subtle. The tiefling is clearly watching, making his own words mumbled, securing the sail in place before he'd turn back to get to the rudder.
"Plenty of influence in a knife," was what he mumbled as the ship heads to shore.
---
Things turn hectic as the group begins getting both conscious and unconscious sailors out from under deck, those still awake a mixture of shaken, crying, or screaming out with unfettered rage. The last one eventually gets gagged before getting put on the boat, others quickly lowered by rope. But despite the franticness, only three quarters of the middle level of the ship is found to be under water by the time everyone has been safely placed on one of the sloops, and Gilgamesh instructs everyone to get on the ships himself, even if he goes under deck one last time, Breldo deciding to join in. A last sweep given over the location, Breldo inspects one of the still finer looking bodies but sadly finds no pulse. He does find a small satchel of personal effects which, being honest, the guy would no longer have need of. Gilgamesh for his own part, curses after apparently failing to find what he needs... Then quickly turns back to Breldo.
"Time to go, we've done what we can- Let's not tempt fate further."
By the time they'd get back to the sloop, most ships are looking to pull away from the galleon as stirring waves cause it to sink further, faster.
