Shariere will attempt finish off D4, then D2, finally move to D1 if he has any attacks left after D2... he will be to the south if D2 and East of D1 at the end of his turn in any case using mobility. (I'm also assuming we still have the bless on us for the extra 1d4 on the attack rolls)
(Ack!!! I keep forgetting about the Knock down or push back choice for the Flurry of Blows... I choose opponents are knocked prone on a failed Dex Save 15 for attacks 3 & 4, it makes it easier to hit prone opponents. This is what I get for not reading open palm technique earlier )
For future use I will use the Bonus Action of Flurry of Blows FIRST to get the possible advantage on follow up attacks. (Note advantage on Melle attacks, but disadvantage on range attacks vs prone opponent.)
I don't remember what the original roll above was. It changed when I added my <> comment. I dont think you'll mind the failed result of 11, so let's just keep it.
*all the purple stuff is fungus. It's a few miles underground, so not much in the way of leafy plants.
How high is the ceiling?
The portal is 50ft tall, so that the minimum it could be. The area ad described as a fungal forest witha a tall stand of zurkhwood mushrooms. These can reach heights if 30 to 40ft. So, I'd say the ceiling is 50 to 65ft. It is a natural cavern.
Kandalou-Dletan is up. All players may post actions.
Both remaining duergar ate visible. D2 looks pretty bad. D3 is unscathed, but he looks terrible, like he hadn't slept in days, with matted beard and strange restless movements suggesting he is not well.

Kalak advances to within 15' and casts Burning Hands so as to get the most out of it.

D4 looks bad, now d2 also.
Edit: d4 is down.
D1 is holding in there.

Kalak will proceed with Burning hands and try to get D2 and D4 first and D1 as well.

As he's about 100ft away from any baddies, that probably won't work.
<this is why most of the map views have been so zoomed out>
You know what, I'm just going to hand wave it.
Dex saves vs burning hands:
D1 13
D2 19
D4 has taken 31 damage, spiritual weapon brings him down.
Edit <I just missed that post before I answered above>
Redirected command, save for any duergar 12
D1: 20 damage
D2: 26 damage

OOC: can anyone do anything about the invisible one? It seems like it’s up to something.
How high is the ceiling?
Shaiere-Delatete hits D2 for 4 damage. Flurry of blows fail to dent the Dwarven armor (no saves needed).
*I'm not keeping track of bless. I put a white ring around the two effected PC tokens when it was applied.
Someone had detect thoughts on him. You'll hear the following: "Must not let them follow. Must not let them find out. Master! Master!"
(Bless was also applied to the fighter)
Meili Liang Lvl 5 Monk
Dice
So, since d4 was already down should I direct the failed command at D1 (enlarged) or D2?
I'll make it D1 since damage is similar but rhe enlarged duergar hits harder.
D1 flees through one of the other tunnels (not the ine by which you entered)
I missed that at the time. I'll add a ring now.
Also, note the rogue is up high, just off screen. I accidentally cropped him out of the screenshot.

D2 attacks the Bard with her King's knife 14 for 7 piercing.
D3 throws a javelin at the Bard, losing his invisibility 5 for 7 piercing.
