As you all move to the coliseum you feel all stronger like something giving you all new found strength (level up)

Xis and gramuk you swear you hear something in you ear a distant whisper “join me” but you can’t make it out if someone whispers it to you or not 

you arrive at the area at mid day where you can see another group on the other side chatting then you hear a deafening roar as a black dragon swoops down into the arena then you hear this high pitch voice speak “hello my names is mr bougangles” at first you struggle to see where the voice comes from then you see a little goblin roll of the back of the dragon “ahh so your the entertainment Good” he says cheerfully “so the rules of this match goes as follow” he then describe what dorkas said before then proclaim “THIS WILL BE A cCHOAs match so something may not what they seem to be the monster if you lot can’t kill each over will have a Arya around it that will be visable to both teams questions”

Violet is officially getting sick of all the hoops that the Scaled Guard are making them jump through. She can't help but snicker as the thought occurs to her that maybe the reason most Beholders hate everything so much is because some ancient Beholder was forced to negotiate with these damned lizards.

"Alright then, a fight to the death..." Violet says, her numerous eyes scanning the opposition. "If that's what we have to do, then let's get this over with so we can get back to the real mission."

Namor grinned. "No questions. Let's do this."

He held out his hand toward the ground, and summoned his glaive--suddenly realizing he didn't remember dismissing it. But apparently his patron had made some adjustments; the weapon was slightly more ornate, and the blade now had a slight, watery-blue glow to it. The sailor's grin widened as he felt the increased power surging through him.

Garmuk scratches his head.

"What are we to do? Kill other team or kill moster. I'm so confused?"

Namor shrugged and chuckled. "Whichever one comes after us," he quipped as he made a few practice swings with his weapon.

“That’s all for tonight guards show them to their rooms” you hear him give a “heheh” before jumping onto his black dragon and saying “horse yay” with that the goblin flies away out of the arena 

you are then moved to a waiting room a nice pool/sourner a couple of chairs and a round table “we will explain what these are for before you go out” the guard leading you opens a small bag and dumps out these stones with runes on them not active with magic 

Xis will examine the stones with gloves on

They inedible explode (Just kidding) they just feel like stones

Honestly... Violet just wants to get this fight over with and finish the negotiations with these damned lizards. She'll leave the investigations to her companions, as she lets herself get lost in thought and contemplates how best to end the fight quickly with minimal risk to herself and her teammates.

You see the room contains food water, ale almost like a box seat at an football/soccer stadium with one big difference a door leads to an “gladiator store room” you hear a voice “good day and welcome as your tonight’s entertainment first taste is on the house” as you see this warforge machine man behind a counter 

(so the rules of a first tasting is that you get to pick 1 rare item or 2 uncommon items for your fight then they will be returned) 

(I’m also going to go over the rules here the main objective is to kill the other team however at the beginning of the fight those stones act like a life support system so you or the npc wont die) 

(CHAOS rules at the beginning of your teams round I will role a 2d6 separately 1 being for an environmental hazard and another a random event, these will last to your next turn)

Violet will go for some defensive item... I'm thinking a set of Elven Chain armor, if it's available.

Xis will also look for either a defensive item or a cleric magic item 

With some selections being made you hear “exactly choice sir” 

Namor examined some fine-looking magical armor. Being plate, it would be quite a boon. But then he smirked as he spied another item instead.

"I'll take these," he said, pointing to the first item, then another.

He'll take Winged Boots and a Pearl of Power, and immediately begin attuning to them.
