Violet decides that she wants to get rid of two of the Guard Drakes and even the fight out a little bit.
Two of her eyes shoot out nearly invisible beams of psychic energy, and Dissonant Whispers fill the minds of two Guard Drakes (WIS save DC 14), as she uses the Twinned Spell metamagic to strike both the creatures at once.
Drake 1 Psychic damage: 10
Drake 2 Psychic damage: 10
If they fail their saves, the Guard Drakes must use their reaction to flee from Violet in terror as quickly as they can.

Namor drew his glaive as he quickly assessed the situation. It looked like Violet was doing... something to two of the guards. Which left the last open.
With a grin, the sailor summoned his patron's power again and called forth another ethereal tentacle right next to the man; it writhed ominously before attempting to slam down on its target. As it struck, Namor rushed forward with a roar, twirling his glaive in an arcane fashion before leaping and swinging it down at the same target.
BONUS: Summon Tentacle of the Deep right next to (5 feet) the third guard, attempting to strike him * Tentacle Slam - Attack: 16, Cold Damage: 2 (or else 9 instead if crit) MOVE: Right up to within ten feet of the third guard ACTION: Cast Booming Blade to attack the guard * Glaive Slash - Attack: 15, Mundane Slashing Damage: 10 (or else 15 instead if crit) (If the glaive hits, and the target willingly moves before Namor's next turn, he takes an additional 7 thunder damage.) REACTION: If an enemy runs into or out of Namor's melee range, he'll make an Opportunity Attack
With her movement, Violet is going to go hide behind Namor so that if anything tries to attack her they'll trigger an opportunity attack when they run past the Fighter/Warlock.

Namor blinked in confusion; he hadn't expected the creature to fall so easily. Choosing to not dwell on it, (but making a mental note of it,) he rushed toward the half-dragon next, taking another swing with his glaive as he got within range, then mentally directing the ethereal tentacle to slide over and strike the half-dragon as well.
MOVE: To within ten feet of the half-dragon ACTION: Cast Booming Blade to attack the half-dragon * Glaive Slash - Attack: 11, Mundane Slashing Damage: 13 (or else 14 instead if crit) (If the glaive hits, and the target willingly moves before Namor's next turn, it takes an additional 5 thunder damage.) BONUS: Move Tentacle of the Deep next to the half-dragon (10 feet away) and attack him with it * Tentacle Slam - Attack: 24, Cold Damage: 8 (or else 4 instead if crit) (If the tentacle hits, the half-dragon's speed is reduced by 10 feet until Namor's next turn.) REACTION: If an enemy runs into or out of Namor's melee range, he'll make an Opportunity Attack
(OOC: May I propose adding one of the damage dice from Namor's second roll to the 8 damage he got on his initial Tentacle damage roll instead of using the 4 damage he got by rolling 2d8?)

Looks like both the Guard Drakes failed their saves and ran away instead of attacking Violet.
Violet, realizing that the target is a spellcaster, decides to eliminate the threat ASAP.
Three of her eyes glow ominously and then shoot out blasts of fire as she unleashes a Scorching Ray on him.
Scorching Ray 1: Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Scorching Ray 2: Attack: 24 Damage: 7
Scorching Ray 3: Attack: 20 Damage: 3
As his reaction he will cast shield just able to spare him self from the 3 ray
both Namor and Gar attack send spark off the half dragons armour with the tentacle taking a huge swing and making the half born humanoid out of breath with a crushing blow
the half dragon and the spellcasters look weak

ray attacks 111711
damage 2411
the half dragon will attempt to hit Namor with his long sword

Namor tried to dodge the longsword, but was a half-second too slow; the blow just barely landed, even as he rolled to the side. "Nice," he said to his opponent, the acknowledgement dripping with malice. "Too bad it's not near enough."
With that the sailor lunged left before stepping back right and spinning into another swing, mentally commanding another tentacle slap at the same time.
ACTION: Cast Booming Blade, swinging at the half-dragon * Glaive Slash - Attack: 15, Mundane Slashing Damage: 13 (add an extra 7 on a crit) (Additional thunder damage if target is hit and moves:6) BONUS: Attack again withTentacle of the Deep * Tentacle Slam - Attack: 23, Cold Damage: 2 (add an extra 2 on a crit) REACTION:Opportunity Attack if presented

Violet lets out a cry of agony as she gets hit by two of the three beams of fire. But she still has a trick up her sleeve.
Violet moves back 20 feet to make sure that she's too far away for the bad guys to attack her and casts Sleep at second level on top of the half-dragon and the spellcaster, silently praying to Beholder God that her enemies are in bad enough shape that they'll go down before her allies who are in melee with them. If possible, she'll position the Sleep spell so that the 'blast radius' encompasses her enemies while her melee allies (or at least one of them) are just outside of the radius of the spell.
Sleep: 26
She uses her Bonus Action to burn her two sorcery points and get back the second-level spell slot.

This macro should work for you to avoid the issue if you desire
tentacle attack: [roll]1d20+4[ /roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 1d8, 2{1d8}.expand()))[ /roll]
Just remove the space before the slash
