He turns and tries to back away from Wilfred, "Please, just leave me here and go do your quest. You're all Flaming Fists right? Uphold good and all that?"
Wilfred smiles a bit and let's Reed talk to the nature of the Flaming Fist.
Roo's speech distracted Sylrorsis and the others enough. The second Sylroris took his eyes off Wilfred, Wilfred's glaive went straight into his chest. Wilfred moves up to him, not moving the glaive. He looking into Sylrorsis eyes. "Shh, shh, shh. I did you a kindness, since you helped us. I let you have a quick death. That was something my family didn't get." He tilts his weapon, and let's the body of Sylrorsis slide off the blade.
He reaches into his pack and pulls out a small object. It looks like hempen rope at first. On closer inspect, it seems to be a length of grapevine, tied in a hangman's knot. Wilfred closes Sylrorsis hand around the vine.
With that, Wilfred stands and dusts himself off. A smile back on his face, he will say to the group "Alrighty gang. Sorry about the delay. Should we get a move on? Seems we have some idea what's in the next room. Right? Alright. Lets go!"
As Archie let's the guy go, she pats him on the head and steps away, a hastily drawn phallus appears on the tiefling's cheek, without his knowledge and seems to be pointing toward the man's mouth.
Corlith nods to Sylrorsis as he explains what he knows. In truth he was expecting more, but any information was better than none. He watches impassively as Wilfred plunged his glaive into the tiefling, an unexpected feeling of satisfaction coming across him in that moment.
"Ready", he says to Wilfred, completely understanding now the older man's purpose for joining the Flaming Fist. Looking around at the others as well, he wonders how fate had paired him with such an unusual group of people.
“Nice Wilfred! You transected his aorta with that slice. Good aim!” Virro nods in appreciation of the well placed attack. He then accompanies Reed, going forward and ready to leave the room.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Having already listened for sounds at the door, Reed opens the North door and peers through with Virro at his side.
They see that the hall goes about 10', then makes a sharp right turn. They step through the door just far enough to see that stairs lead down around the corner... but dancing on the wall of the staircase is the telltale sign of torchlight from below.
"hang on" Archie stops just through the door as she follows the others, "the dude mentioned sliding stone right? You reckon there's some secret passage?" She begins looking around on the floor and the walls to see if there are any signs of erosion from a stone door opening or closing. (Perception 11)
”Are you good, big man? That was a beautiful strike. And it was the right thing. It doesn’t bring anyone back but he won’t be giving out addresses again.”
With a skip in his step, Reed slips past the IronMaiden and takes a closer look at the walls in the corridor and on the floor for tell tale signs of a concealed door.
It is only now that Archie even realises that Roo is in different armour, and leans down to address him, "hey uhhh, what's with the new threads huh, you didn't have that getup when we got here right?"
Reed looks at the walls in this part of the hallway but doesn’t see any sign of a concealed door. Maybe it was a little further along and down the stairs.
With torch light flickering from around the corner and down the stairs, Reed dims the lantern.
He creeps forward as quietly as he can, sticking to the darker shadows and takes a look down the stairs and around the corner.
Virro creeps up alongside Reed, such that he doesn’t even see the pale elf dressed in black come up along side him. He points down the passageway, listening and looking through the dark. He creeps ahead silently, getting away from the light and padding forward without making any sound as he moves.

Roo nods as Corlith ushers him ahead and moves along just ahead of the Tiefling.
"What? Where were you!?" Roo says in astonishment that Archie hadn't been there when he and Wilfred had found the body of Fog' Horn Cloudkiller in the sarcophagus. His head tilts back and forth as he regards her, and he can't decide if she's messing with him or not, so he proceeds to tell the story again of Fog' Horn and his exploits, of how he'd left the village, how he hadn't been seen since. "It's...it's fine armor. And doesn't deserve to be here, in this hovel, hidden in some box never to be seen by Gallus eyes again, never to gleam in the light of the Morning Sun. I put it on. I think he'd want one of us to have it. We Gallus are a proud people. We have been tasked by the Night Killer himself with raising him from his slumber every morning to chase away the darkness. I cannot imagine a more appropriate place for Cloudkiller's armor than right there on the fence as we call up Gallus. Where then light can shine down on it once again. Just because the body is gone, the memory, the glory, is not."
"Oh cool" exclaims Archie, thinking that she understands "so you basically found the glorious and ceremonial trimmings of the chicken supreme, or would it be a chicken royale?" She ponders, examining the shining symbol of the sun emblazoned upon his chest.
Reed peeks around the corner and sees a man standing sentry by a torch on the wall, wearing chainmail and watching the stairs he is on. Virro, comes around the halfling and slips like a ghost down the stairs as the man yawns and doesn't see him as he sticks to the shadows...
Looking around, Virro sees that they are in another tunnel with some twists and turns ahead.
”Are you good, big man? That was a beautiful strike. And it was the right thing. It doesn’t bring anyone back but he won’t be giving out addresses again.”

Wilfred smiles, but it doesn't quite reach his eyes. "Don't worry yourself about me. I'm alright. I don't necessarily know if it was right, but it needed doing."
Wilfred nods to Corlith "Sure, We can hold the middle while the sneaky folk look ahead."
Reed listens to the whispers in his head from Virro and quickly slips back to the others.
"There's a guard around the corner," Reed says in a whisper. "Virro's going to try and grab him. If he does, he's going to need help dragging the guy back here. Wilfred, get over to the corner and be ready."
Reed holds his short sword ready. He finally remembers the skeletons. Reed looks at them and just puts a finger to his lips and says "Shh. Stay quiet."
Then, knowing where Virro is, he sends another message telling him "Everyone's ready. Go for it."
Virro nods, silently sending Reed a message back about his plan, then he reaches forward and grabs the guard by the neck, grappling him and pulling him backwards up the steps and onto the ground for Reed to attack him.

Virro moves 5 feet to the southeast and as he does so, he draws his rapier and inserts it into the Fist of Bane, quickly jabbing it into a chink of his armor, then twisting the sword before removing it. He just says “Die!” to him in a horrible voice, and black, smoky energy flows through the rapier toward him.
Rapier : 25 to hit, for 7 points of piercing damage. Channeling his power on the hit , an additional 9 points of necrotic damage flows into the Fist of Bane.
