Whatever witty response may have come to Devarus' mind is almost immediately cast aside following the first utterance of a word with Runt's roaring and rushing ahead. So instead he smirked and rushed around the table just a little part way before weaving words into the arcano scripts that would flare into being as motes of blue flames. Each one would then zip forward to try and cling onto armor and undead like and appearing to brand them.
"Strike true, Ms. Ruu." He called out after, draining a bit of himself to shield her in KI. But though he appears to falter after for just a second, he quickly hefts scattershot up and fires upon both the vampire spawn and nearby armors alike.
Movement: Hurry over to D-2.

((Deva The actual range of the Scattershot is 35/90. If you attacked from D2, The Vampire Spawn would have been 40ft away and thus at disadvantage. However this isn't actually an issue as you have more than enough movement to move to E2, fire, then move back to D2 so no disadvantage. Just saying this here for future reference. ))
Deva moves with calculated fashion, and douses the enemy squad with what can only be described as Arcane Glow Paint. Though the shield and sword armors seem to be far better built than the animated armors the party fought so far. That, the vampires mobility combined with Deva's failing physique thanks to being an old man, makes the splash miss all but the Animated Armor1. Following the splash Deva hefts his Scatter Shot and fires a cloud of minute darts into the enemy. The nimble vampire spawn dodge the darts while the Helmed horror blocks the attack with its shield. The glowing animated armor though, gains a few extra holes in its steel body for magic to leak out of. ((Reminder that since Deva has Crossbow Expert, he can benefit from Extra Attack while using Crossbows. The Scattershot is still a crossbow albeit a heavily changed one))
Runt then uses her barbaric speed to close in on the other Helmed Horror that protected the Vampire's southern flank. She creates a massive dent in the chest of the Helmed horror by bashing the guillotine blade of her black axe into it, tearing right through the hardened metal. Loud metallic clangs and rattles ring out in the room with each blow.

"Well we can make more fire, then." Elsara replies, holding her blade out and twirling it, before a moat of flames into the corner of the room to explode.

A poorly aimed and poorly powered orb of fire erupts from the corner of the room. The Vampire quickly ducks away from the fire, having her back singed. The armor1 manages to step away just enough to avoid getting charred. However between the holes in its chest and the now blackened metal of its armor plates, it's looking not great at all. The Animated Armor2 gets completely consumed in the flame along with a part of the large dining table and the chairs. The chairs collapse into piles of burning wood, creating flames. The table gets set on fire though it is currently contained to one side for now. Also the room being not much taller than the main hall, also has its ceiling set on fire. This time it is a much larger chunk of the ceiling.
The maid looks up at the burning ceiling and shouts, "ARE YOU TRYING TO BURN DOWN THIS WHOLE MANSION!?"
Seeing as how much of the place is on fire this time, it is a lot worse than it was back at the start. The fire threatens to spread and spread quick.
Val's turn.
DM: Starting from next round, at the start of the round, Fire stuff will happen unless fire is put out.

Going to ask you this question: Where do you want to plop the Tidal Wave? For reference, the fire is covering the same area that Elsara blasted with her Fireball.
((The spell says the area covered by tidal wave can be 30ft long and 10ft wide and 10ft tall at maximum. Sadly, since this room is much shorter in height than the big room where the ceiling was first set on fire, this won't catch all of the burning area but a good bit of it will be caught. ))

Round 2: START
Fire's turn. Fire spreads. (See the orange parts and the comments to know where the ceiling fire is. Also take not of where the ground is also on fire.) Runt is in the fire. She takes 2 Fire damage.
Like a repeat of last time, Val calls on the forces of mother nature and causes a stream of water to go rushing down the side of the room, trying to put out the fire. Unlike last time however, due to the much smaller height of the ceiling, more of it was caught in the Fireball radius and more of it was on fire. Too much to put out with just the Tidal Wave this time around. He does however catch the entirety of the enemy in the rush of water. The Vampire maid hisses and nearly gets swallowed. She doesn't have much room to dodge either so instead she pulls the door at her side open and uses it to shield herself from the wave. The force is still enough to do some damage but the vampire avoided the brunt of the spell. The Helmed Horrors both jam their towering shields into the ground and use the innate magic that's flowing through them and their magically binded equipment to tank the hit. The Helmed horror1 has a bunch of small parts of it pulled off while the Horror2 is missing more than a few parts and is barely held together at this point. The Animated Armor2 manages to react surprisingly quickly for its bulk and takes a glancing hit from the wave of water. The impact causes a dent to form at the side of its metal body but it still stands. The other armor though is not so lucky as it falls to pieces among impact and the now lifeless metal armor parts get washed away in the tide and end up on the floor.
The barely standing Horror2 moves out of the way and makes some weak and pitiful swings at Runt who easily avoids the attacks. Then she feels something grip her wrist hard and finds herself staring right at a very pissed off Vampire Maid. Being nearly burnt and then drowned; soaking wet and smelling faintly of burnt skin and perfume, the maid pulls Runt in for a hard bite into the orc's neck, draining her of a ton of blood and healing the burns and bruises that the maid had sustained. Then she chucks the short barbarian over on to the flames of the burning table. As Runt gets back to her feet, the Horror1 takes the opportunity to slice open Runt's back with its sword. While the rest of the enemy is mobbing Runt, and embers and smoke begins to fall from above, The Animated Armor2, heavily damaged as it is, moves to the corner of the room and looses two crossbow bolts at Deva. While one arrow hits a chair the second one pierces through the smoke and hits Deva square in the chest, knocking the man down on the ground temporarily. Deva gets back up in time to see the fire on the ceiling spread. The flames that Runt was in spreads more to the west and engulfs more of the table. The fire pops and crackles away as it burns the wooden fuel.
((Kind of ???. You did use the Temp HP to absorb a bunch of the damage but the Max HP reduction effect bypasses the Temp Hp. The healing also doesn't care if the Temp HP took the hit or your main HP))
Devarus just about calls out something in response to the Spawn only to gasp instead as the arrow struck home. Rolling with the blow gets even the old man back on his feet quick, but not without spending a few precious second after clutching his chest and needing a moment to catch his breath. "Fraggle Rock." He mutters seeing the flames spreading. But then a thought occurs and gives him pause for a second. "Perhaps we just might set this place ablaze with your precious Master inside! How do you feel about that!" He demands as he fired a couple more bolts of scattershot the trio's way. At the same time he remained half hopeful the spawn might confirm or deny his claims in the heat of the moment, confirming at least one concern.
But with a certainty, each shot placed is one meant to shatter balance or contained just enough ki within to muddle the senses.
(If Helmed Horror is hit, applying Distracting Strike Maneuver to it for another 7 points of damage. The next attack aimed at it will also be at advantage.)
(If Vampire Spawn hit, applying Goading Attack Maneuver to it for another 7 points of odamage. Wisdom Save or until the end of Devarus' next turn, she will have disadvantage on all attack rolls vs anyone but Devarus)

The vampire howls, "You dimwit! Master Vlad left with that obnoxious noble shortly after you left." Then her eyes widen as she realizes the goof-up she made by letting that fact slip. The she's hit in the chest by a shower of mini-darts. The darts also hit the Helmed Horror next to her, causing sounds to come off its metal body like hail on a tin roof. The Vampire spawn lets out a series of expletives both from the pain and from the rage of being tricked a being surrounded by fire. The of course she feels Dire Volf bite into her leg. In sheer anger, she kicks Volf in the nose causing him to let go before she can be brought down. Her leg is still mangled though.
Elsara and Runt's turn.
