Sae takes up position just behind Emrys and Areleo in the single line. As we approach the cavern she has the [Tooltip Not Found] she won from Bart drawn and ready; her other hand will be poised to activate her [Tooltip Not Found] in the less likely event she sees evidence of thinking creatures rather than the mindless undead. She peers forward into the cavern cautioUsly, looking for any hidden dangers.

As you swim through the gloomy cavern, you happen to look down and notice that there is something hidden in the silt on the cavern floor... two distinctly draconic corpses lay intertwined in the mud... most likely juvenile dragons, though it's hard to tell for sure as they are both badly decomposed and covered in mud... also, you have the distinct feeling that you won't be able to observe them at a distance for very long...
As Sae sees the dragons' half-exposed bones showing pale among the rotting flesh, she swims up and taps Emrys on the shoulder. She points down at the corpses before remembering that her helm can be used for more than one purpose. Fingering the gem, she looks towards the warlock and thinks, "Two dead dragons, Cap'n. Or maybe not so dead. I hope what I saw was just a bubble of rot gases stirring the corpse but ... "

[Tooltip Not Found]: "While wearing this helm, you can use an action to cast the detect thoughts spell (save DC 13) from it. As long as you maintain concentration on the spell, you can use a bonus action to send a telepathic message to a creature you are focused on. It can reply--using a bonus action to do so--while your focus on it continues."
He was starting things were too easy when Sae warned him. Now that is more like our party, thought the warlock quite doubtful that everything the rogue was simple gas. The whole place was supposed to be filled with aggressive undead, the dragon skeletons could very well be just the first amongst them.
”Show us their position.” He asked turning to the others. ”Pay attention to what Sae will show and let’s move as fast as we can. Ready for battle.”
Emrys could only hope reanimated dragon bones weren’t as powerful as their living counterparts. Not that the halfling ever met or faced any living dragon, but he heard enough stories to know that single one meant trouble. Likely more than they could deal with and specially in closed spaces. Forget discussing the future of the lantern. Hells, forget the lantern itself. They would be luck to scape with their lives if the enemies were that strong.
Goldenleaf turned to Wade for a moment. The image of the cleric brought him hope things would never be as catastrophic as he imagined. At least he heard that priests were strong against the fiendish and spiritual. Reanimated corpses should fit the bill well enough. Whatever the case, he had the arcane focus on hand.
As Sae points them out, the shapes become unmistakable to everyone... two rotting carcasses of juvenile dragons lie rotting at the bottom of the cave. But... as Sae already noted, they seem to be moving slightly. Perhaps it could be the undersea currents pushing their lifeless bodies around. Or, as Sae already suggested, gasses from decomposition... but considering what you know about this place, it seems rather unlikely.
If you wish to sneak past them without a confrontation, everyone please make a Stealth check...

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
He's probably seen dragons before, either living and flying by or slain and sinking to the bottom of the ocean. And his people certainly have stories about great heroes who did battle against dragons, both the various aquatic versions and venturing onto land to confront the land-dwelling types that we are more familiar with. However, the bodies are too badly decayed to identify as a specific species without closer examination.
Meanwhile, Emrys, and Yevelda are apparently taking turns poking the drowned dragons to see if they do anything cool (Yevelda rolled a nat 1 on her Stealth check), while Wade's attempt to sneak by is, to be frank, kind of mediocre. The putrid carcasses stir and rise from the mud, empty eye sockets staring directly at those who disturbed their deathly slumber!
Areleo, Sae, and Sayyida, because you successfully snuck around without being noticed, you can surprise the zombie dragons with your first round of attacks (make any attack rolls during your first turn at advantage)
