Looking at the position of the ship, and what she can see of the cavern walls, Sae quickly makes her decision. Then she nods once to Emrys. "Thanks, Captain, but I've been alone quite some time now. You get used to it ... more or less. I'll be back with that report."
With that, she begins a careful series of leaps, stretches and curls as she makes her way from rock to rock towards the point from which she thinks she will be able to see inside the ship. Once there, she fingers the gem on her helm and widens her senses to see with both eyes and thoughts.
Sae makes it look easy as she scurries across the slimy rocks. The putrid stench of decay fills the air as drops of water fall from the stalactites.
Glancing into the murky depths, she catches sight of a face... a face that looks like it was once human, but now is grotesquely bloated and decayed, with empty eye sockets staring up from just beneath the surface. It is hard to make out any other details of the corpse, as most of it is submerged in the muck, but it seems to be standing upright rather than floating on its back, suggesting either that its feet are weighed down, such as by a cinderblock tied to its ankles... or, perhaps more likely given what you have seen so far... the body is animated and either swimming below the surface or standing on the bottom of the lake. And as she scans the water, Sae can pick out more ghoulish faces like the first one. They don't seem to be moving, except to sway slightly in the underwater currents. It is difficult to tell how deep the murky water actually is.
Peering into a porthole of the rotting hulk, Sae can see a few more corpses strewn about. Something that immediately would stand out to her is that the dead, while certainly putrid, have not been reduced to skeletons as one would expect given the fact that they must have been here for a decade or more. As she continues to study the ship, she notices a faint light through a crack in the side of the ship.

Sae looks hard at the crack, comparing the amount of light that shines from it to the ambient light in the larger area she can see through the porthole which allows her to perceive the dead there. Once she is thus able to estimate which side of that area the light is coming from, she returns to give her report ... hopefully, as dry-shod as she came.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sayyida's divine sense, unsurprisingly, pings a LOT of undead... within 60' of her, she can sense about a dozen, and there are probably more beyond that radius... she also realizes something else rather interesting. The rotten ship seems to have been defiled with potent necromancy (the effects of the hallow are present, presumably excluding undead from the 'cannot enter' list and most likely being used to buff their power or debuff enemies in some way).
Sae, meanwhile, got a bit too cocky after how easily she scurried across the rocks to scout the ship. As she scurries across the slimy rocks a second time, her foot slips. The elf rogue plunges into the murky water with a loud splash... and finds a grim spectacle before her...
For a moment, the corpse doesn't react to her presence... but the instant she tries to return to the surface, it reaches its boney hands out towards her, trying to wrap her in a deadly embrace...

Swiftly closing her mouth and nostrils against the sea water (in case any potion of water breathing she may have taken before has expired), Sae kicks her feet and tumbles forward in an attempt to dodge the bony hands reaching for her. As she does, she reaches for her dragontooth dagger in case she needs to cut her way free. But her main focus remains swimming back up to the air. She will only attack as needed to get free from the undead until she's back topside.

BA(?) - draw weapon ... if can't get the dodge and this in this round, then she'll Hold the draw for the beginning of next round
Held dagger attack if needed: 21; damage if hits 6 piercing and 6 acid
Again, as Sae was scouting ahead, I think she's going to be out of reach for at least a round.
I don't expect this to be a full fight, so I won't have Sae roll initiative. Her attack against the undead hits, acid burning the creature's rotten flesh, but it doesn't even seem to notice as it continues holding her beneath the murky water, slowly tightening its grip...
Gritting her teeth as the half-putrid, half-brine cured flesh and bone batter against her, Sae grasps her dagger in both hands and swings it downwards in a full-force blow designed to knock the damned thing loose this time ...

[Dragontooth dagger: 23; damage if hits 8 piercing and 3 acid, plus Pushing attack (martial adept):

It was not the smartest idea, not from the strategic point of view. He knew not how many enemies laid in the water, much less how many of them would react to him, to his attack. Yet upon the sight of Sae being dragged underwater, Emrys ran, dived and swam with a speed that matched Arleo – quite a feat, considering the fact that the barbarian was a triton and the shorter legs of a halfling.
His eyes, so keen in the dark, could see clearly. The rogue being grappled by an undead. Can’t use repelling blast, said the voice of his mind. If the creature held its victim tight enough, Sae herself would be dragged further away from the party. Worst case scenario, that would awake more corpses on that watery grave. Resigned, he raised his right arm, arcane focus in hand. His sclera became darker than the cave and from his lips eldritch words poured. Water was no different from air and two cackling beams of pale green energy cut through the distance. They were precise, full of urgency and the limited but intense battle experience he had earned since the shipwreck. Both targeting the damned creature that latched at the scout.
Emrys had very little inclination to lose anyone there.
Notes: Emrys moves until the undead is 120ft from him then spends his action to cast Eldritch Blast. Both beams (24 to hit and 13 force damage, 25 to hit and 8 force damage) targeting the undead. He would get back with any movement left.
...And the creature's grip loosens as one of the beams shatters its chest. It twitches a few times, before whatever dark magic is holding it together gives out entirely. The rotten flesh dissolves into the murky water, and the bones crack apart and sink to the sludge at the bottom of the lake.
Sae is able to pull herself back onto dry land and finish her return journey to the rest of the party.
