Khessa usually keeps Alfred behind her, so she needs some space behind her... so, if possible, I'd say she melees Marilith more towards the bottom of the map.
As you enter the room, the larger serpent women statue's eyes glow purple and begins to move into the center of the room. The other two statue's eyes glow red, and they two advance into the center of the room.
[[OOC: Oops! I probably cross-posted with you. I guess Vrox and Tyekanik do none of that since the fiends appear as soon as we entered the room.
Tyekanik's initial position is fine, but if Khessa is setting up more toward the south wall, I'd like Tyek to be a little farther to the right, splitting the distance between the Pit Fiend and the Maralinth.
Not sure about Vrox. He entered the room toward the back of the group, so he probably doesn't have much time to set up before things start to happen. As stated above, he would have headed back toward the hallway through which they entered, if he could. If not, then his starting position in the map is fine. He's pretty good at moving around the map even after a fight starts!]]
If needed:
Vrox - Initiative: 6
Tyekanik - Initiative: 24 (with advantage from Feral Instinct)
Khessa reaches the southernmost Marilith, smiling confidently, as she feels both the protection of the sacred icon, granting her Protection from Evil and Good against the demons [[ OOC: Their attacks will be at Disadvantage ]], and Alfred's comforting presence behind her, helping her deflect blows.
Gripping her Death Lance tightly in both hands, the blonde arcane warrior begins a series of feints and thrusts to overcome the six-armed creature's guard.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 1: Tyekanik
Tyekanik enters a rage and throws himself into the fight with a roar: "Die, demons!"
Movement: moving to position himself so that he'll occupy the 3-square x 3-square space directly south of the Pit Fiend (leaving a 5-ft gap along the west wall). That way, all 3 fiends will be within his 15-ft reach, and there's still room for Sir Sparhawk between Tyek and the west wall Bonus Action: rage, growing to Huge-size, and imbuing Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver with thunder damage Action: Two Reckless Attacks with Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver (thunder) Tyek targets the same fiend whom Khessa attacked. If that one dies, he targets the other Marilith, figuring that they could do a lot of damage with their many arms and swords. Attack 1: 25, Damage: 31 (magical thunder) + 14 (force) = 45 (total) Attack 2: 22, Damage: 28 (magical thunder) + 9 (force) = 37 (total) If either attack hits, Tyek uses his Blood Fury Tattoo's Bloodthirsty Strikes to deal additional damage: 14 (necrotic). Tyek also regains +14 HP. Free Action: Roaring
Attacks by the fiends against Tyek should normal attack rolls this round. (Advantage on attacks because Tyek used Reckless Attack and Disadvantage from Khessa's sacred idol cancel out.)
Vrox fires two arrows at the same Marilith that Khessa and Tyek attacked. Then he grabs the hand of the charmed Golgari and says, "Come with me." He moves with the Golgari into the the hallway from which they entered the room to get some cover from the Pit Fiend and just generally stay out of sight. He faces east, into the room, and keeps the Golgari behind him and out of danger.
Movement: move north and west, back into the hallway through which they entered. He'll end his turn about 15-ft up that hallway, hopefully far enough back to avoid any attacks or other fiendish magic. Bonus Action: Reassign mark to the southernmost Marilith. Action: Two attacks with Dragon's Wrath Longbow (150/600) Attack 1: 24 Damage: 21 (magical piercing, including HM dmg) + 5 (radiant) = 20 (total) Attack 2: 26 Damage: 16 (magical piercing, including HM dmg) + 11 (radiant) = 27 (total) The first hit does an additional 2 (psychic), or if it was a critical hit, 6 (psychic) Free Action: equip his longbow
Round 1: Vrox Bonus Action: Reassign mark to the southernmost Marilith. Action: Two attacks with Dragon's Wrath Longbow (150/600) Attack 1: 35 Damage: 15 (magical piercing, including HM dmg) + 9 (radiant) = 24 (total) Attack 2: 31 Damage: 17 (magical piercing, including HM dmg) + 9 (radiant) = 26 (total) The first hit does an additional 3 (psychic), or if it was a critical hit, 6 (psychic)
[[OOC: I should have said that if Khessa and Tyek killed the Marilith before his turn, Vrox targets the other Marilith with his mark and his attacks. If Vrox's first arrow kills the Marilith, then his second attack would be against the other Marilith. In that case, the extra d6 damage from Hunter's Mark shouldn't apply, but he'd get an extra d6 psychic damage from Dreadful Strikes on the first hit against the second Marilith. Therefore, the damage total is the same as long as they don't have resistance to psychic damage.]]

Your arrows fly true, and the Golgari follows your commands and goes into the passageway
Akkron hesitates for a moment... he could simply move his unholy curse to one of the fiends and keep blasting away. But... he feels that it may be time for something a bit more personal.
"My daughter... again it is your time," he whispers, drawing a gold-plated skull from beneath his cloak. "Let the darkness from whence these brutes emerged claim them again..."
A ghostly spirit, that of a half-drow girl, appears behind the pit fiend and strikes three times with her Deathly Touch
