While the spellcasters cast any spells, Vrox tries to find a spot to hide, around 60 - 90 ft from the town center and with an unobstructed view of their opponents. As soon as the wizard and cleric cast their spells, Vrox will fire his longbow, focusing on the cultists, as suggested by Khessa.
While waiting.
Movement: Move stealthily to a hiding spot within 90' of the town center. Action: Hide - Stealth35
Here are his first round of attacks so that you can resolve the first round if nothing else changes before then.
Movement: Up to 40' of movement to come out of hiding, fire his bow, and then move back to a hiding spot. Action: Two attacks with Dragon's Wrath Longbow (150/600), targeting two different cultists, rolling the first attack with advantage (because he's presumably an unseen attacker), radiant damage from the bow and psychic damage from Dreadful Strikes Attack 1: 36 Damage: 20 (piercing) + 21 (radiant) + 7 (psychic) Attack 2: 27 Damage: 16 (piercing) + 16 (radiant) + 5 (psychic) Bonus Action: Hide - Stealth22 (using Vanish feature)
Both arrows fly true and strike both cultists. The bellow in rage, turn and draw their weapons looking for you
Aya closes to 60 ' from the Demon and rebukes it holding her holy symbol aloft. "Go Back to hell you are from and do not return." She casts Banishment CHR Save 21 or poof.
You release your spell, and you see it glimmer around the demon, then crackles away. The demon pauses in his attack against Tyekanik as it did seem to startle it but had no effect.
"I agree with your plan, Khessa," says Clarac, "but I would prefer to fight the demon first. I can, at least, hold it at bay until we take it down in a concerted effort, should the spellcasters not deal with it forthwith."
Following the lead of Khessa and Tyekanik, Clarac waits for any long-range spells to take effect, then runs on foot towards the cultists and their demonic leader, sword drawn and fearless. When Ava's spell fails to send the Bloodletter back where it came from, Clarac meets it and swings her sword.
OOC: Clarac's initiative: 9 Action: Attack --> Attack: 35 Damage: 29 extra attack: Attack: 23 Damage: 37 The first d8 and the +12 are magical slashing damage; the rest is radiant, if it matters. Bonus Action: none (but she would cast misty step if necessary to close the distance) Movement: 30 ft. to the demon Object Interaction: draw sword
FYI, Clarac's paladin auras (30 ft. range, affecting friendly creatures) prevent the frightened and charmed conditions, grant a +6 bonus to saving throws, and (when her Holy Avenger is drawn) advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects. Additionally, as a devotion paladin, Clarac herself is always under the effects of Protection from Evil and Good.
Akkron looks at the scene before him and carefully assesses the situation...
Usually, he would opt to call upon a ghostly spirit to destroy his enemies, but knowing the kind of evil that they're dealing with at the moment, it is entirely possible that they might resist, or even entirely ignore, necrotic magic. So he opts to summon something else...
Lord Akkron casts [Tooltip Not Found] at 6th-level, calling forth a strange behloder-like creature, which focuses all of its wrath on the demon. Both Akkron and the beholderkin remain comfortably out of melee range.

The demon strands about 8 foot tall. All your strikes land true, carving chucks of its red flesh from its body. It faces you, seemingly enjoying the close quarters foe. It speaks in a guttural fashion, but you understand it, "Ah, a worthy foe." With your last strike, it goes down, falling at your feet.
Considering how the fight is very quickly turning in the party's favor, Khessa raises an eyebrow, while looking at the surviving Cultists (if any): "In the blink of an eye, we struck down the Demon who inspired you so much veneration and nearly exterminated you all, without even breaking a sweat... So... are you sure that you do not prefer a wise surrender to a heroic martyrdom?"

You pop out of the shadows, let your arrows fly that strike a wounded Cultist, and the fall to the ground dead as you fade back into the shadows.
I want to compliment you on those beautiful roll formulas... so clear and well thought out... the various damage types displayed separately and the automatically calculated total are a real touch of class!
Khessa shakes her head in pity when the Cultists unhesitatingly choose martyrdom - but given the deeds they've already committed, she doesn't particularly mind indulging them.
The blonde arcane warrior hurls herself at the survivors, continuing to pierce them mercilessly with the Death Lance with its tip crackling with necrotic energy. Alfred, unperturbed, remains immediately behind her, protecting her back and helping to deflect any attacks from her sides.
[[ OOC: As before: Khessa starts from the most wounded Cultists and moves to the next each time her current opponent falls. ]]

Beholderkin eye beams vs. demon:
Attack: 26 Damage: 14
Attack: 32 Damage: 10
Attack: 29 Damage: 12
(Note: cast at 6th-level, the summoned aberration has 60 hp and 17 AC)
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

All three beams and sear into the demon, causing some smoking holes
