Reggie looks at Andrei for a second before turning and walking a few steps into the road. He kicks a rock, sending it bouncing a few yards away. Rubbing one hand along his beard, he walks back toward the group. "Fine," he spits, continuing into the tavern. He just misses slamming into Lando who is now exiting the tavern. Reggie takes a seat at the bar again, ordering another cup of wine in a very gruff tone.
Once they are grouped up again, Lando tells them about his conversation with the sisters.
"I don't see any harm in checking out this Fortune Teller Madame Eva, especially if she can help us figure out a way to get out of Barovia. As for a place to stay tonight, we can get rooms here; either private or group rooms are available. What does everyone think?"
OOC: Since Reggie blew past Lando to re-enter the tavern, he didn't hear this and isn't there to answer, but you know from past experience that Reggie always wants a private room to himself.
Artus watching Reggie storm back into the tavern says to Lando, "I don't know if it is best to stay here. Frankly, I don't know if we should trust Imsker's estate either... He seems distrustful of the Vestani women you have acquainted yourself with Lando. On a side note, Reggie is acting very odd. I worry about him, I think maybe this whole strange place thing has gotten to 'is head." He looks at his friends, "Find out what you can from the Vestani. We will leave for Imskers estate tomorrow morning to find out more."
Artus heads back inside and sits with Imsker, "My friends would like to rest up for the night here, we've had a pretty exhausting day in some haunted killer house. But may we come to your estate in the morning to discuss matters further?" He takes another pull on his wine, finishing the glass with a grimace, but raises it and asks for another.

Ismark sighs "If you must delay then I understand but every moment we stay here is a moment closer to death. My mansion is down the road. When you exit this place just head south until you hit it. You can't miss it. I will be waiting for you tomorrow morning. Until then."
Ismark stands up and looks around the room and frowns at the Vistani. Before heading out the door Ismark reminds Arik that the parties drinks are on him.
"I have —" begins the barkeep, "cups of wine and pitchers of wine," Reggie says in unison, giving a huff at the end. He finishes his third cup of wine and squints his eyes shut. "This —" he says a word in the grating language, "is giving me a headache."
"I know, I was just telling you what I'd like," he says, then turns away from the man, raising his eyebrows at the others. He sits at the nearest table and starts polishing his ice ax.
"Something's up with that Arik," he mutters to them when Arik seems out of earshot.

Lando shrugs. "We could go to his estate right now, there's still plenty of daylight left. Getting to the ***** camp and back will take the better part of a day, so I thought it would be best to not cram both into tomorrow"
Reggie suddenly appears at Lando's side. "Let's go," he grumbles. "I need some air." He whacks one temple with the heel of his hand and then shakes his head.
Deciding on going to Madame Eva's before it gets too late you finish your wine and head west down the Old Svalich Road. Black pools of water stand like dark mirrors in and around the muddy roadway. Giant trees loom on both sides of the road, their branches clawing at the mist. You travel for about a mile until you notice an arching stone bridge spanning a river.
The river is 50' across and looking down it is only about 10' deep or so. The one thing that sticks out though is This river flows as clear as a blue winter sky through the valley. You can see fish swimming in it and it looks very refreshing.
You continue on another three miles until you come to an old wooden gallows that creaks in a chill wind that blows down from the high ground to the west. A frayed length of rope dances from its beam. The well-worn road splits here, and a signpost opposite the gallows points off in three directions: Barovia Village to the east, Tser Pool to the northwest, and Ravenloft/Vallaki to the southwest. The northwest fork slants down and disappears into the trees, while the southwest fork clings to an upward slope. Across from the gallows, a low wall, crumbling in places, partially encloses a small plot of graves shrouded in fog.
Tilo tilts his head and begins sniffing at the air "oh my, do you guys smell that?" He sniffs in the direction of the North West. "That smells delightful. And do you hear the music? The Vistani are this way." Tilo says as he points to the North West and begins to follow the trail downward through the trees.
You hear a creaking noise behind you, coming from the gallows. Where there was nothing before now hangs a lifeless, gray body. The breeze turns the hanged figure slowly, so that it can fix its dead eyes upon you.
Artus, startled by the new body, shudders and then grabs his axe. "That wasn't there a second ago." He approaches the corpse with Reggie to help investigate the new happening.

"Really?" Andrei mutters.
"I'd like an ale, then," he says to Arik, nodding his thanks to Ismark.
And that's all I have to say about that.

Arik rolls his eyes and sighs before speaking in that dull monotone voice. "I have cups of wine and pitchers of wine."

Reggie stops following Tilo and walks back to the gallows, drawing one of his swords. He examines the body.
Investigation: 6
Before Reggie walks over to the gallows, Lando says to him, “friend of yours?” Then chuckles.
Andrei gasps and leaps back, raising his ice ax defensively. He stares wildly at the hanging corpse.
And that's all I have to say about that.
