Necyra is just standing there, shaking her head as she watches Nephvir and Siszhu sniff, peer down, and stick sundry body parts into the holes in the walls. “What IS IT with boys and holes? Some sort of sexual fantasy thing?! Sheesh!” She’ll then flutter over to where Myles is and help him in any way she can (she casts Guidance on him).
The group starts heading down the dark corridor to see what the next room holds for them. As they enter, they see miles and miles of yarn, string, and thread that weave around the room. The ceiling is ripped out, creating an opening to the room above. You enter the room from the north and see another corridor out of this room in the center of the eastern wall. Piles of unraveled clothes lie scattered in the corners with a large pile in the center.
Along the west wall there is a sign that reads 'THE STITCHLING' while a sign above the eastern path reads 'TRINKET EXCHANGE RECIPES'.
Myles gives the winged tiefling a small amused smile as she joins him, although not responding to her teasing jab about men's fantasies.
As the team enters the room with the piles of clothes, the investigator gives the large pile in the middle a suspicious glance. "Be wary, something is stirring over there, and it's not just Happy Jack's undies." (or is it)
Out of an abundance of caution, Necyra casts @ will Mage Hand and uses the magic hand to start pulling apart the large pile of discarded clothes in the center of the room.
As the group enters the room a multi-armed creature with a mix of scrambling hands, needles, and thread starts to unfold. It's hands reaching out towards them before the group gets to it. It makes no sound, the threads of yarn and string stretched over all the arms and hands are all different colors. The creature's nails are incredibly long and with it's long stringy hair, their eyes are fully white but seem to look at you as you walk into the room.
To'Kurr stops when he sees the shambling collection of arms and toys begin to move. He takes his glasses off, looks at them. Puts them back on, then looks at his pipe. Shakes his head and then takes a long toke.
"So, like, wow, man. Are you playing with those toys?" To'Kurr asks. "Or did you know, not to be a bummer, man, but did you kill the owners and bogart their toys?"
Myles takes a few steps back at the sight of the nightmarish creature, his blood chilling over it's horrifying visage, raising his cane slightly, readying himself for either the abomination or the Yuan-Ti to initiate hostilities.
Somewhat startled by the hideous creature, she quickly extinguishes her mage hand spell and points a finger at the beast and yells out HALT!
Turning her head to address her fellow adventurers, she calmly announces "It appears to be harmless....it hasn't attacked anyone, yet. Those signs....imply that it's some sort of magical weaving beast that can make things out of trinkets."
You speak a one-word command to a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or follow the command on its next turn. The spell has no effect if the target is undead, if it doesn't understand your language, or if your command is directly harmful to it.
Some typical commands and their effects follow. You might issue a command other than one described here. If you do so, the DM determines how the target behaves. If the target can't follow your command, the spell ends.
Halt. The target doesn't move and takes no actions. A flying creature stays aloft, provided that it is able to do so. If it must move to stay aloft, it flies the minimum distance needed to remain in the air.
To'Kurr goes up on his tiptoes to get a better look at the multi-limbed creature.
"It's not right, man," To'Kurr finally says. "That shouldn't be around kids, man."
He takes an impossibly long, continuous inhalation on his pipe. He then eyes the creature more closely and decides to see how it reacts to a little bit of fire.
To'Kurr quickly breathes out. The smoke comes out reddish, quickly coalescing into a bolt of fire, that then leaps forward towards the creature.
Fire Bolt (2+13)= 15 to hit for (7+2+5 from Alchemical Savant) = 14 damage
“Uncool, totally uncool, as you would say..”. Nephvir brings out both short swords and takes 2 swings at the creature, twirling and ending where he is, on guard for the next round.
Short sword swing 1 : 14 to hit, for 8 points of piercing damage
Short sword swing 2 : 20 to hit, for 3 points of piercing damage.
Sneak attack damage : 18 additional points of damage if it hits.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Monster..." Siszhu says, worried the others may not yet have noticed. He starts to reach for a torch but then sees To'Kurr has the whole fire tactic covered so instead he just steps up and attempts to punch the thing in the face. He feels bad about it... Monsters can't help monstering, afterall... But this thing is creepy!
The creature stops her movement with her long nailed hands and stares at Necyra. But she feels the heat coming from To'Kurr and dodges away from the flames just in time.
As Nephvir comes around and swings at her, he misses the first one, but his second cuts deep into her crepe paper like skin. Siszhu then steps up, but she is ducking down to look at her new gash and his first punch only catches the air above her head. The second and third find purchase as she stays put, halted.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Necyra purrs "Awwwww, but doesn't this thing look all cute and cuddly?"
She puts on all the charm she can muster and tells the monster to "Just leave..." (Persuasion: 18)
Noticing that the beast responded to Neph's previous attacks like it was made of crepe paper, she cackles with devilish delight and flicks her middle finger at the beast, as a radiant cone of flame appears above the beast (she's casting, @ will, Sacred Flame)(the beast must make a DEX saving throw vs. 16, and upon failing, takes 8 radiant damage).

"Hmph!" Siszhu insists with determination. He rides the rhino right up to the huge pile of clothes.
"Stirring here?" He asks, dismounting and kicking around at the edge of the pile. "Helloooooo? Anyone here??"
Out of an abundance of caution, Necyra casts @ will Mage Hand and uses the magic hand to start pulling apart the large pile of discarded clothes in the center of the room.

Nephvir laughs at Necyra, then joins her to look through the clothing, using his mage hand to help her look through them. “Washing day?”

"Huh," Siszhu says as stops short and reaches into a pack to grab a torch to start lighting. "A monster..."
((Plans to light and throw into the clothes pile but didn't want to get too far ahead in case of initiative?))
(In case we get a surprise round)
Nephvir says “What the hell are you….”

Well aware he is too close for comfort to the nightmarish creature, the investigator deftly moves back into the corridor behind his companions.
