Standing over the sleeping Redbrand Syzygy mutters an incantatory word. He raises a hand with fingers ready to click and ignite the Redbrand.
"I suggest we send a message: the town is under our protection. Let them come. If you have any questions for this scum, make them quick before I change my mind and incinerate him instead of letting him run."
Syzygy kicks the sleeping Redbrand. "Wake up shithead".
Kimberley smooths down her skirts and begins checking her person for loose threads, stains and the like.
She leaves any decisions about what to do with the Redbrands in the others hands her mind already whirring with how many new devotees she could win over if she was part of the effort to removed the Redbrands....

Quinn spots a young halfling boy watching from the scrub of the neighboring farm. He seems wide-eyed and quite interested in everything that's happening.
Jurgen finds that all the brigands except the drunk (and now dead) thief have leather armor (stained, smells bad), and poor-quality short swords.
The goon dodges the flames but not the arrow. Then he dives and ducks for cover behind your wagon. (Three-quarters cover.) He is badly hurt from the arrow (and Jurgen's earlier slash) but not down yet. He looks around wildly for an escape. The boy in the bushes, barely 15 feet behind him, looks alarmed.
Bryony had thought the fighting was over and was glad. She was still reeling from the kill she'd just made. She wondered if she would ever get used to it and what that would mean if she did. Before she can voice any of these thoughts or express her anxiety about how close they all were now to her childhood home, the last Redbrand tries to escape. She sees him try to take cover around the wagon so she goes as far as she can and crawls underneath the wagon where she can see the Redbrand's legs. Then she throws her dagger at the ruffian.
"Enough of this." Syzygy casts sleep on the remaining Redbrands.
