The Redbrand barely manages to fend off Bryony's sword.

The furry humanoids – bugbears, you recall, not unlike the late King Klarg – are well protected with hide armor and shields. They fend off Kimberley's sickle with ease, and charge with their huge morningstars raised.

Quinn, Syzygy, and Jurgen may act. Aros prepares to defend himself as best he can. Two wounded Redbrands still stand. The goblin lay unconscious on the floor.

Quinn fends off the attack from the Redbrand and he see's an opening. He slashes, double handed across their chest.

Attack: 17 for 6 damage

The Redbrand attacking Quinn is slain. The goon crumples to the floor in a pool of blood, dead. Only the panicked, badly-wounded human remains in the corner in a defensive position, fending off Bryony's attempts to subdue him.

But four fur-covered, morningstar-wielding brutes are charging out of the southern doorway, shouting a battle call as they push toward Aros (dodging) and Kimberley.

 Syzygy, Jurgen, and Bryony may act. 

Syzygy steps in the room and corners the remaining redbrand. He looks south down the hallway and casts moonfire on the two visible and adjacent brutes. 
Dex Dc; 14 damage: 5 

Jurgen will move to see the new threat coming from the South door. He will yell to his party "Fire in the Hole!" and cast Create Bonfire in between the trio of Bugbears stacked up by the door. 

DEX 15 Save or take 3 Fire damage

He adds "I'll keep it there until someone needs to go in there. Just let me know."

Bryony realizes her mistake about Nosk too late for then a pack of bugbears are trying to burst into the room!

"Damn it all," she curses, glaring at the Redbrand before her, because it is all his fault. He just had to go and be so noisy, didn't he?

She resumes her attempt to knock him out, this time using both blades.

Shortsword - Attack: 10 Damage: 6

Dagger - Attack: 16 Damage: 7

(I rolled with disadvantage this time because I assume he is still dodging!)

Syzygy steps forward and pulls a flame-like radiance down upon the first two bugbears. DC14 Dex Saves: 10, 16

Jurgen steps into the doorway and conjures flames from the ground, blocking the doorway into the southern dormitory. DC15 Dex Save: 10  

Bryony doubles down on her dodging foe. He blocks the first swipe of her sword, but doesn't see her dagger pommel in time to duck. He is knocked unconscious. 

The first, rather burned bugbear (#1) steps forward to the bottom of the stairs. He swings at Aros, as does the second bugbear (#2), who tries its best to dance around Jurgen's flames (DC15 Dex Save: 8 or take 6 fire damage.)

#1 Morningstar Melee Weapon Attack vs Aros (Dodging): 6. Hit: 7 piercing damage.
#2 Morningstar Melee Weapon Attack vs Aros (Dodging): 6. Hit: 9 piercing damage.

The other two line up and launch javelins at Aros:
#3 Javelin Ranged Weapon Attack vs Aros (Dodging): 13. Hit: 6 piercing damage.
#4 Javelin Ranged Weapon Attack vs Aros (Dodging): 12. Hit: 7 piercing damage.

Kimberly and Aros (if up) may act.

Aros goes down hard before the second one even strikes. (Instead of attacking, the second bugbear simply steps forward, away from the bonfire, and stands upon Aros' space, one foot upon his chest, laughing heartily, ready to take on Kimberley next.)

Kimberley is up, followed by everyone else (except Aros...)

There are no Redbrands left except the unconscious one. The two bugbears in the back are now ranged weapon-less, their javelins now wedged in the doorway by Jurgen. The bugbear on the stairwell is moderately injured.

Aros is down (and may make a Death Save), a nasty gash in his face from the bugbear's brutish morningstar. One of his victors now stands with one foot upon his chest, laughing, ready to take down Kimberley, next.

Everyone may act. (I'll resolve starting with Kimberley.)

His Bonus Action is to use his Draconic Cry

Now that the pesky Redbrand was dealt with, Bryony could focus on the much larger threat. She saw Aros fall to the ground, but it looked like Jurgen was helping him with magical healing. One of the terrible beasts stands laughing with a foot on Aros, and that makes Bryony mad. With her small frame, she is able to squeeze past Kimberley and the first bugbear. Feeling emboldened by Jurgen's draconic cry, she attacks with renewed vigor!

Quinn rushes around the scorched table to get line of sight of one of the bug bears. He draws his bow, takes a deep breath to steady his aim and lets loose an arrow.

Ranged Attack: 19 (w/advantage) to hit for 5 damage

Jurgen crawls awkwardly past Kimberley to touch Aros' hand, reviving him, before crawling back and shrieking a blood-curdling war cry.

The first bugbear, enraged, swipes at Jurgen as he passes:
Bugbear #2 Morningstar Attack vs. Jurgen (Opportunity attack): 16 Hit: 11 piercing damage.

Bryony scurries under the legs of the lead bugbear before slipping past the second wounded one on the stairwell (#1), spinning around, and sinking two blades into it. It's still standing, but only barely.

Quinn successfully sinks an arrow into bugbear #2. It howls in fury.

Syzygy (who has advantage on attack rolls) may act.

Kimberley may act. Aros, prone but conscious, may also act. (I'll allow an attack from prone, if he wants, (at disadvantage if melee). He can also crawl past Kimberley and Jurgen first and either stand up behind Jurgen or act there from prone.)

Syzygy unleashed a ray of sickness.

Kimberley recovered from her initial shock and summoned Moonlight flames down onto the closest Goblinoid.

Sacred Flame- DC 13 Dex or 6 Radiant.

Aros’ eyes shoot open. Watching the chaos unfold, he slips away from the Bugbears and crawls towards Quinn. As he stands, his eyes begin glowing with the soft light that spreads over his body. He points at the closest bugbear and sends a blast of energy towards it.
