As the second set of slashes swing out from the dragonborn, he would deflect the first strike with his dagger before being struck by the second. The blade would rake across his chest, splitting scales and sending blood spraying across the floor.
Clutching his chest, he would tumble backwards and disengage from combat, running between his companions before attempting to duck behind one of the nearby pillars.
Zeds does his best to shift himself between Cyanwrath and Krackle to ensure the dragonborn doesn't try to pursue. And, of course, he takes his attacks...

Ironthar winces as the dragon warrior breath lightning into Zed and Krackle. He is unfortunately is still locked in combat with the berserker who still not downed yet.
Intent on finishing the berserker he strikes him with all his might.
Zeds dodges the full effect of the bastard's breath though even just being partially caught does enough harm to have Zeds rethinking some of his life choices. On the other hand, the act of dodging the breath put him out of range for the second attack...
"Uh guys... We still sure this is a good idea?" Zeds asks even as he attacks back.
