Zeds is momentarily torn between attacking the damn kobolds for the sake of everyone, or helping Krackle out of the damn webs. Deciding he doesn't want to see Krackle all deadified or anything, Zeds does what he can to tear his favorite kobold out of the webs. (Strength check to try to tear him out? 3-2 for a 2... Deciding his efforts are better used eliminating the continued use of the things than unsuccessfully helping free others, Zeds rushes at the kobolds with weapons at the ready!
Shortsword Attack vs nearest Kobold: 18to hit for 9damage plus 7 Sneak Attack damage
Bonus Action Shortsword attack: 22to hit for 4 damage...
As Krackle is pulled from the glue, the kobold lets out a small sigh of relief. "Thanks! I thought I was going to be stuck there forev..... Oh shoot!" He would shout as he attempts to jump out of the way of the new incoming flasks!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The small kobold would successfully roll away from the incoming flask before pointing towards the attacking kobold with his orb. After growling a few words in Draconic he would cast magic missile. Three spectrial dragon heads would steam outwards and slam into three seperate kobolds. When the spell hits the kobolds, Krackle would retreat backwards, moving back into the previous room, ducking around the doorway if possible so that he could see the kobolds while taking cover around the doorway.

Round 3
2 kobolds bite the dust from the attacks from the party. The other 2 kobolds are severely injured.
Kobold 1 rushes Zeds with a firebomb intent on dying with this last attack.
Zeds roll dex save DC 11 half damage on success

Kobold 2 rushes to his fallen companions and light 1 of the fallen kobolds firebomb to prevent them falling into the party's hands. He does not move as he dies in a fiery explosion.
Zeds Dex save" Nat 20+6 for 26 total. 2 hp deducted...
"Are all of your kind so... fanatical?" Zeds asks Krackle as he pats himself out then tries to put any any other fires... As well as loosen Ironthar. "Suicide instead of fleeing? Crazy!"
"No we are not!" Krackle replies from down the hall and around the corner... waiting until he is sure the threat is gone before making his way towards the group. He holds his torch and orb... moving slowly into the room. "Ok.. so we still need to check the chest in the other room... but what were the kobolds hiding in here?" He would ask, taking the time to move around the room and illuminate the area with his torch.

After Zeds makes a Dex Save it will be end of combat as the kobolds rather die than allow their bombs to be taken by the party.

Stirling looks pathetic trying to free himself but after much effort he pulls himself free.
He spends a second applying a bit of cool mud on the burn over his face and shoulders.

Stirling looks around for anything useful. Hoping to find a few of those firebombs
