"For 100gp that will common quality. Can you be more specific? I have bead of nourishment and a bead of refreshment. Perhaps a candle of the deep that ever burns even in water." says Udoth through the slot in his door.
"Yes, I do and that will be 100gp." says Udoth. He closes the slot and opens his door. "You can put the money on the table" he then retrieves a needle from one of his crates and waits to see if Gavyn pays.
Nisha subtly shifts in her seat, her gaze flitting between her companions and the other patrons in the lodge. Her expression remains calm and collected, but inside, she grapples with conflicting emotions.
The excitement of last night has completely dissipated, replaced by an uneasy sensation. It's been a while since she's had to work with others to complete a task, and the notion of extended teamwork feels oddly discomforting. Sitting here again after last night suddenly reminds her of her inadvertent slips - the unguarded words that slipped out, revealing details she'd rather keep hidden. What was she thinking, bringing up Sleek in the conversation all of a sudden?
That greed of hers, and possibly the stupid wine, made her careless and dangerously close to being vulnerable, particularly in the presence of the tiefling and the minotaur. She's always preferred the solitary path, wary of relying on others, and to start rambling about herself like she did, is quite uncharacteristic and unsafe. But this morning, they both look preoccupied. Nathaniel, in particular, appears to have indulged in other vices after they parted ways, or perhaps he's simply not a morning person, she thinks as she eyes the cups of coffee in front of him and his somewhat dishevelled appearance.
"The scribe might know," Nisha finally offers after a thoughtful pause, her golden eyes flitting between Laine and Kaelen. Her voice maintains its usual neutrality, though a trace of unease lingers beneath the surface. She is really keen to get moving, so her thoughts can stop tormenting her, but for now, she tries to not show that.
"I slept well enough,"Laine replies to the Tiefling."I don't recall anything on this guild, but given time I could dig up some information, although we do not have the time currently."
Compared to the others, Laine does indeed seem well-rested. There is also a faint squeak that comes from his robes, he pretends not to hear it.
Navigating the winding streets of the Ironlot, you find a wedge-shaped hutch of smoke-stained thatch and warped wood. A faded sign bearing the name “Lay of the Land” dangles above the door. Entering the shaded interior, you are greeted by all manner of smells, from pungent fungi, to dried weeds, to burning incense. A human woman turns toward you where she eats at a corner table, her smiling mouth half-filled with food, her voluminous black hair framing her face.
"Welcome to my little shop and I am the owner Zendasa. Are any of you hungry as I have some leftovers. You know you can't begin your day without a hearty meal."
"Good morning, I'll have to decline on the food, but it was nice of you to offer. My compatriots and I are looking to pick up a few healing potions. If you have any in stock?"he asks, his hands still in his pockets and his face neutral.
As he finishes up his coffee, the pale winged tiefling gives Laine a curious look as he notices the faint squeak but he decides to not ask, yet. As the tortle lumbers down the stairs after his meeting with Udoth, Nathaniel gets up, seeming to have just a little bit more energy now, following the others over to the little shop of horrors. He wrinkles his nose slightly as he steps inside but quickly puts on a pleasant smile as he notices the pretty proprietor.
"Well thank you, I'll gladly take you up on that offer while the others make their purchases." Nathaniel says with a pleased smile, taking a seat by the corner table, looking over what is available on it. "I'm not sure I had the pleasure of visiting your little shop before." He says, looking around to se if they sell flowers too, or maybe oils used for massage.
The corner table is laden with pancakes and syrup with a bit of butter on the side. There are also orange wedges on a nearby plate.
"Help yourself as I made too much. Ah health potions, I have some right here behind the counter. They are 50gp each and how many would you like to buy?" says Zendasa as she places 1 red health potion on the countertop.
There are a variety of flowers and oils in small vials.
"This all looks delicious Zendasa, thank you."The pale tiefling says, his wings twitching slightly with excitement as he digs into the pancakes, not being modest with the syrup. "Do you have any oils for massage to recommend?" He asks in passing while the others are looking around.

Nisha considers for a moment the potion in front of the seller. "What about a discount for new customers?" The half-elf gives offers a winning smile to the shop owner. Never hurts to try, right?

Nisha can roll again as Zendasa does not look convinced. "I would have to think about it as for oils I recommend the aloe vera essential oil for massage as it also nourishes the skin. 1 sp for a vial 3 sp for a bottle."

Kaelen just shakes his head in a negative response “Never really needed to go. Might not be a bad idea.”

"Hi, uh, Udoth, right?" Gavyn says. "I'm looking for something magical, common or a maybe little uncommon. Something less than 100 gold."
"For 100gp that will common quality. Can you be more specific? I have bead of nourishment and a bead of refreshment. Perhaps a candle of the deep that ever burns even in water." says Udoth through the slot in his door.
"I, uh, you see," Gavyn says before finding a drop of courage. "Do you have a needle for a Masquerade tattoo?"
He jingles a bag of coin to emphasize his request.
"Yes, I do and that will be 100gp." says Udoth. He closes the slot and opens his door. "You can put the money on the table" he then retrieves a needle from one of his crates and waits to see if Gavyn pays.
"No," Gavyn says. "*Under* 100. I will give you 75."
He holds up his bag of coin.
