"Sounds good to me," Mayhew responds. "Perhaps the ruffians who perpetrated this malfeasance can be found at the Sleeping Giant taproom, per Quelline's recollection."
If you head into the street, you find several armed, surly humans waiting for you. Their scarlet cloaks are grimy, and they place their hands on their weapons as they watch you.
One of the ruffians spits on the ground. “You’ve been asking too many questions,” he snarls. “Time to move on, strangers. Give us your stuff and be on your way.”

Templton draws his arrow back as he steps back from the others for some distance. He looks at one in the front. "Well sir, we just wish to speak to those of you to try to understand your motivations to best acess how to navigate your organization." Templeton would rather gain some knowledge from this interaction but knowing there are those around to see this interaction that he doesn't want to the part of hopeful recruit just to gain insight.
