OOC: Of course. It's big. You shoot it 6 times then run away (unless it Dashes, then you shoot it 3 times). Then shoot it again, and run away.
The whole party doing this or similar will eventually bring it down.
You only have to shoot it 28 times (on average). There are 7 of us so each of us only has to hit it 4 times. Half of us are martials with multiple attacks per round. Not seeing the problem.

With an AC of 25 and a walking speed of like 2x ours we’ll make it about two meters before being sandwiched.
“How else are we going to carry this thing to the cars?” Cas Rick scratched the back of his head to show him being confused.
“Helicopters? We can call into the station.”
“That could work. Mind doing the call? I will keep an eye on the thing unless someone else wants to watch it?”
“I’ll try, haven’t gotten the hang of this microchip yet.” Nelson taps the surface of it and speaks into it, “Hello, requesting helicopters at the tarrasque, hard to miss. Better bring tranq guns as well. Nelson out.”
"I guess we will take a short rest while we wait." Cas Rick said to everyone as he began to check for any spells he needed to replace later once they got enough time for a long rest.
*so you guys have tranqed the tarrasque and put on the handcuffs. now you guys can leave and head back to the cars. the tarrasque stays in its enclosure*
"Oh, short rest over. Time to see what other creatures we will have to face now." Cas Rick shakes his head as he receives orders to leave the Tarrasque behind without having to wait for people with the helicopter to arrive. "By the way, before doing anything dangerous. Let me use Guidance and Bless on you guys beforehand."
