"I serve the Seelie Court, and am a loyal vassal to the Summer Queen. While I am sure it is possible to free Prismeer, we are in our own battle at the moment against the Fomorians, which is why I am here. I came to ask Zybilna to lend aid to us" Moneo would know the Summer Queen is Titania, a very powerful fey.
Fa'ame's eyes go wide at the mention of the battle with the Fomorians... endlessly fascinated to learn more about this strange place.
"It seems we can all benefit by helping to restore Zybilna's rule to her rightful rule, or suffer a very interesting fate at the hands of the hag... Either way, I'd call it a win-win." She directs a question at the dragon. "What do you know about the enchantment that has Zybilna imprisoned? Any thoughts on how we might remove it without confronting the hag directly?"

"I know they used an artefact called Iggwilv's Cauldron. As to its workings, I have no idea. Nothing was said about that in my presence. If you can make it to the palace then you might find more answers there."
"Uhhhh, what do we do with you and this cage? I'm not sure it woukd be a good look carrying you around in this thing everywhere we go. Freeing you might be our best place to start."
"Agreed," Moneo says, "Let's head to this key goblin you mentioned while we talk. Prismeer can wait long enough for that, and then we'll have to see if we can reverse what has been done to, what I can only assume, was much more beautiful before the hags did their thing."
Fa'ame nods at Moneo's sensible plan, prepared to follow him, then adds, "If it's not too much to pry, whatever happened to this warlock friend of yours?"
"Wellll, Zybilna is the one the warlock friend sent us to find since Zybilna is the warlocks patron but they haven't been able to communicate, or something like that. Plus the warlocks old and not in adventuring shape anymore, so here we are." Barreknar looks towards Moneo to see if he needs to correct any of Barreknar's explanation.
On the fourth moment, Eliaanore bursts out laughing, a raucous melodic howl that seems to echo across the swamp. She falls into the mud, and begins rolling about, red in the face and unable to find composure.
Moneo simply rolls his eyes in continued frustration at the elf who brings nothing but annoyance, and says, “Barr more or less has it. We were asked to come here to look for Zybilna. And it seems we have a lead at last. Though certainly not what we hoped, or expected to find.”
The party, including a very muddy Eliannore, head off towards Telemy Hill, the waters currently low. Fa'ame doesn't know the way to it, but the faerie dragon saw its current location (yes, this hill moves). On the way there, you walk past a large well, 10 feet in diameter, and riseing 12 feet above ground level. You see the water from the swamp is currently heading into the well. As you get near it, you see 3 Will-o'-wisps float up from it. "Who are you, and what are you doing here?" they ask in unison.
“Oh! Hello there little sprites!” Moneo says trying to keep his hooves mostly out of deep puddles as they walk. “We’re on our way to Telemy Hill to see a man about a key. We heard it was this way,” pointing the way they were headed, and asking to confirm, “Are we headed in the right direction?”
(If they are close enough, Barreknar will wave a hand underneath the willow wisps) "Uhhh... I don't see what's bound you to the well. Is that by choice, necessity or against you will? And how are you all talking together, are you all of a same mind or copies of one another? We are trying to help one be free of his confinement."
They make sounds you assume is giggling, then one of them speaks up "When you have spent a while as a spirit, unable to go anywhere, you tend to find yourself giving the same answers. We spoke together purely because we can and we knew what we each would say, and it gives us some enjoyment when it confuses people. We do not know what binds us here. Probably because this is the nature by which we died. We can go a hundred or so yards away and then no matter how hard we try, we fail to make progress further."
Fa'ame studies the willow-wisps intently."Would it be terribly rude of me to ask how you lost your lives, little lights? Do you have any memory of it?"

"We drowned when this land started flooding. Ever since, the waters ebb and flow from this well, and others like it. Before, these wells were gathering locations for those of us living in Prismeer"
Eliaanore slowly moves around the well, slightly suspicious of the spirits' words. She's looking for anything that may indicate there's more than meets the eye here. She tries to keep a blank face.

Eliaanore, who has largely been out of earshot wallowing in the muck for a cricket, any cricket, suddenly shoots over to the little dragon.
"You said Zybilna?!"
A wide, hopeful smile is spread on her face. Her excitement is palpable.
"Uhhhh, what do we do with you and this cage? I'm not sure it woukd be a good look carrying you around in this thing everywhere we go. Freeing you might be our best place to start."

Now Eliaanore is confused. She eyes Moneo with suspicion.
"Wait, I thought the dragon said Zybilna just now. But now you've mentioned a warlock again. Which one's your friend?"
"Wellll, Zybilna is the one the warlock friend sent us to find since Zybilna is the warlocks patron but they haven't been able to communicate, or something like that.
