The Astral lich turns its interest toward the strength of Firion's magic.
Can the Astral lich use a legendary action to cast a cantrip? This is some times an option for legendary casters. He has 2 remaining and could use both. Otherwise, I'll wait until his turn and reconsider.

I'll allow this one.
The lich can sense that Firion is an apex mortal caster, capable of some of the most powerful magics. Possibly even an equal to the lich himself in terms of raw casting power, though the undead nature of the lich still gives it a huge edge. It can also sense two powerful magical items upon Firion's person.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: No one got approached close enough to trigger Smiler's readied action before his turn.)
Round 1: Smiler
Smiler sees the lich float out of the cave, and then sees the pulse of starlight. He says in a tone of exaggerated umbrage, "How unsporting! Going outside and keeping all of the fun for yourself!" He follows the others outside the cave. It seems that Sserah's cultists are falling quickly to the group's magic, but he thinks that maybe there's still some fun to be had!
Moving just outside the cave, Smiler looks north, and he's delighted to see one of the cultists standing close together with two of the kobolds in a group! He laughs and points at the group. He casts a spell, attempting to befuddle their minds and infect them with his own chaotic energy.
After Smiler casts his spell, he sees the wizard farther to the north, and his smile slips. Another power-hungry arch-mage who's mad enough to follow Sserah Nightbane! There's too much ground to cover, and no cover at hand. Smiler turns as though he's going to walk back into the cave, but as he turns, he seems to dissolve into a rain of yellow and orange leaves that fall to the ground. Smiler takes position again inside the cave.
Movement: Move 30-ft to exit the cave. Action: Cast spell (3/day) Confusion on the remaining Cultist and Kobold Dragonshields. I put the AoE on the map, and it covers all three. Each target must succeed on a DC 15 WIS save. On failure, that target is affected and cannot take Bonus Actions or Reactions. At the start of its next turn, its behavior is affected by the spell. (I went ahead and rolled in case it comes up. See below.) Bonus Action: Fey Step Free Action: Talking
(OOC: OK. Round 1 is done. I think that Smiler was the last one in round 1. We're back to the start of initiative in round 2, so it's Tamphalic's turn. Last chance to do something before the dragons enter the fight!)
Cunning: The kobold moves up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks, escaping nonmagical restraints or ending the grappled condition on itself.
Escaping Sir Stephen's grasp, Zolgu uses half his movement speed to go around Sir Stephen without provoking opportunity attacks, towards Hildegard.

Im afraid dashing towards the entrance is the only option for Tamphalic; his bat is "riding" on him; sitting in the hood of his cape.

The adult green dragon makes a pass, but it can't quite hit Hildegard with its breath due to the "cave's" overhang. Instead, it's going to take the Dodge for now.
It lets out a groan of pain as it flies over, taking 6 Necrotic damage under Firion's cruel leash.
As Jodie holds the Ruinstone, it pulses with sickly green energy. Suddenly, it hisses, and a [spells]Melf's acid arrow;stream of acidic[spells] zips splashes across Jodie!
Melf's Acid Arrow (disadvantage for being at point blank range) vs. Jodie: Attack: 17 Damage: 12 acid
If the attack misses, Jodie takes half-damage.
As the stone sputters with vile magics, a figure begins to slowly take shape in the shadows... the hulking, shadowy form of a dragon is starting to materialize in the cave with you...
(OOC: the figure is Large sized and currently incorporeal.)
Jodie curses and is unable to avoid the acid as it burns through armor and clothing. Holding onto the Ruinstone is proving to be a liability. She looks around for options of dealing with its effects.
Looks like Jodie's Tiny Hut got removed from the map. Was that accidental or was it dispelled. Wondering if it would make sense to set the Ruinstone inside the hut to hedge out most of its attacks.

Round 2: Korba
Korba isn't surprised when the darkness is dispelled, but he's disappointed when Zolgu heads out-of-sight to the east. Since everyone else did such a good job in wiping out the initial assault on the main entrance, Korba finds himself with no targets in other than Firion. Since he's still concealed within the Hallucinatory Terrain, he decides to take a shot at the dark wizard the same way he did Zolgu, firing two blasts of sand at him. Then he moves to ensure that Firion cannot simply send a blast directly back at him.
With the Astral Lich apparently guarding the main entrance, Korba isn't sure whether he's really needed there, but he decides to remain there for now. He simply moves to the north side of the "cave," pressed up against the north "wall," hoping that the shape of the cave will keep him out of Firion's line-of-sight for now. As he crosses past the entrance, he shouts to the ones outside the cave, "Gorash, Selariel, what do you see? Who's still out there other than Firion?"
Action: Cast a spell Eldritch Blast, 2 beams. He should be an "unseen attacker" while inside the illusory crystal. so I assumed that he has Advantage on the attack and can use Elven Accuracy. Beam 1 at Firion: 21, Damage: 7 (force) Beam 2 at Firion: 27, Damage: 10 (force) Movement: 25-ft to the north side of the "cave" entrance
