noticing his companion has disappeared from the boat, Stasyn is able to let go of the rope for a moment and instead grab the edge of the boat, allowing him to hang outside of the pocket of air momentarily in order to grab the flailing Daryos.
Daryos feels a tug from the icy darkness as he is pulled back under the boat as the verdant surfaces under the boat immediately after....
Convinced he was feeling the tug of death, the young white-haired noble is about to give in to the cold and dark churning waters, but then he suddenly finds himself under the boat once more, desperately reaching for the rope, literary clinging onto it for life, using his last strength to try to get some air.
The young white-haired noble comes up to breathe, coughing before taking a few deep breaths of the precious small amount of air left. He then turns to give the green verdan a grateful nod for most likely having saved his life. Without a word he then returns his full focus on surviving this quite dangerous trip.
OOC: I am not dead but work is crazy, been working over 12 hour shifts so I plan to post again once I get the chance. worked essentially 1st shift and 3rd shift yesterday
So I thought that things would be getting better here at work because MOST of our systems are back up after the cyber attack brought our corporation down for nearly 3 weeks. The problem now is that we are getting tons of phone calls regarding both the things that are still down, and new problems effecting our users. I don't really know when I'll be back to normal and think that it would probably be best if I just end the campaign.
I didn't make the decision lightly and I know you are all great players. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you all understand.
Wreckzors - I appreciate you letting us know and bowing out when you realized you had to. Best of wishes most of all with everything going on. Hope we'll cross paths again! I appreciate the time you put into this!
I really apologize. I know how frustrating it can be to have a game die. I thought ending it now would be better than taking up one of your character slots for even longer and then having to end it. I feel that it could be months before things settle down to where I could actually try to run a game again. You were all great and appreciate the time you spent with me.

Don't beat yourself up about it at all... Every game dies eventually, it's always just a question of when. And nobody would say you should add to an already hectic life by taking on responsibilities you don't need or currently want. Life needs come before game needs. Every time.

Upon noticing Daryos being pulled out from under the boat Stasyn will immediately try to grab hold of him.

(Not sure if any roll is needed?)
ooc, no, you could easily follow your companions hands down into the water to find the rope.
