Erix sees Kit's clumsy rope skill and moves in to help (Can Erix use animal handling for this as he would be used to making knots in ropes tying up animals at home?)

I’d say this probably represents your best attempt at tying up Jas. She wakes up and looks at you all, first in confusion, then in terror. “So? It seems you’ve won this round. You can torture me now if you want, although I’d say the Watch will be here soon so you better be quick about it.” There’s a trail of smoke rising from the skycoach now. “And if you think you’ll get the upper hand on Garra like you did me, you’re way off. She’s probably left the city anyway.” The changeling delivers this with cold sincerity, as though being tortured is just part of her job.
Elero will hold up the Watch Writ. "Oh, I wouldn't worry about the Watch interrupting us." He'll put the writ away, sit down next to her and begin building a mechanical gizmo. "Now, before I get this little device ready to go," he'll say to her, "do you want to just tell us who's waiting at Terminus with Garra?" He'll tap a jagged piece of copper, which is attached to another by a metal spring, causing the copper to bounce. "Or do we need to use this first?" Then he'll continue working on the device.
Even he's not exactly sure what the final purpose of this particular gadget will be, but he's banking on the changeling not knowing either, and imagining something bad.
Jas knows that your unlikely to be the one to torture her, she’s seen the way this group operates. She’s looks more worriedly at Centurion and Mark, as well as the chaotic element of Kit.
Elero sees his feeble attempt at intimidation didn't work, and continues fashioning the device, pulling a wire from the broken skycoach that's about a foot long and tying both ends to this device, fashioning a crude industrial necklace. "I'm not that scary, I get it," he says as he approaches the changeling and places the gadget around her neck, with the spring-loaded fan resting below her nose and mouth.
"I can be, however, very annoying," he adds, and infuses the device to emit a foul, noxious odor, with the spring flapping the pieces of copper fan and blowing the odor into her nostrils. Then he steps back and motions to the party. "Over to you."
Jas is certainly surprised by this form of torture. She was expecting something far more 'conventional', although how conventional does it get in Sharn? Any attempts to talk to her now will likely have Advantage
“Oh, now you all want my help.” Kit says somewhat enticed by the odious smell from the fabulous contraption.
Kit stands in front of the changling and takes a deep breath. “Whoof, that gotta sting.” Kit then lets out that feral waterlogged feline freak he is. He shifts, and he got that rabid look a ***** possessed. “How yous know about us, what kinda trap you got laid? Where is Garra hiding? Would you prefer burial or cremation?”
Jas is completely freaked out by this hissing insanity sprayed in her face. "Garra told me about you, if the trap she's set for you like any other i've seen her lay, it's gonna involve a lot of guys. Garra uses people, she'll throw them all at you and then sail away on the lightning rail out of town, knowing one of them probably killed ya." She is completely spilling everything she knows in terror. "She's leaving town you see. Turns out she got most of what she needed from that dig site and is just cutting her losses and leaving town with it, arcane relics and stuff. She was gonna keep digging and get the Oriens to help her set up a smuggling ring out of Sharn. But now that the Oriens have flipped on her, she's just gonna leave town, cut her losses and head to Wroat." Jas winces as though she's expecting you to bite her.
“We should get on that train to Wroat.” He says to the group. Then Kit gets right up in the changlings face, his briny breath and damp shag mixes with the stink machines waft. “Vilroy, a plant?” Kit looks around in anticipation. “Gahh, don’t have time for this. Good luck getting out of those ropes.” Kit retreats, “let’s go”.
Just as you start to head off to Terminus station, you hear a whirring noise, then a cackling noise. Zipping between the towers of Sharn and converging on your location are five creatures riding disks of crackling green energy. Each creature is a lanky humanoid covered in fur, with the head of a hyena. They cackle maniacally, nock arrows, and take aim at you with their longbows. "Daask gnolls, on the hunt!" Jas whispers behind you: I'm gonna roll initiative for you all.
Group 1: Centurion, Evelyn, Kit
Group 2: Gnolls, Jas
Group 3: Elero, Erix, Mark
The gnolls are still way out of melee, but they are coming in to Longbow range.

the arrow functions similarly to the Sleep spell.
So it lasts for 1 minute or until someone wakes them

If no one wants to interrogate Jas or make any other plans, I’ll probably just jump to the next part of the adventure.
I'm hoping one of the other party members will use the advantage I gave them to find out what we're walking into...
