Doc tosses a flask of green fire which leaps into a bonfire, engulfing Ratlings 2 & 3. DC 13 Dex save or 3 Fire Damage sees the fog clear and smiles grimly, putting away a vial of green fire in favor of a tube of vile vapor marked Hideous Laughter. He throws the vial to burst at the feet of Snipe2.
Wis DC 13 or prone/incapacitated, save repeats at end of target's turn or when target takes damage
For the future for Khab he's firing his shortbow yes? He can't have his shield equipped and shortbow fire at once. It takes an entire action to doff or don a shield. I don't remember if he's used his rapier and shield this fight yet. But if he had he wouldn't be able to switch to bow so easily. But I'll allow this shot but for the future managing bow and shield is a thing onto it's own. I unequipped his shield for now to compensate.
Plus Khab has an enemy 5ft from him. So ranged attacks have disadvantage and the roll didn't have disadvantage so I shall wait for a moment to add that damage.
Now it's only Avery's turn and session starts in 15 minutes ^^
After this battle I may have Ayst head to Emberwood. As Nutooth as been MIA awhile and no point in running an empty PC. He can always return if the player returns but I am pretty sure they are gone gone.

I added a short bow to roll for Avst as I was controlling that character last week and the stats where the same for Khabibulin and Ayst so it was just easier for me that way. Khabibulin is using raiper and shield currently (and doesn't actually have a short bow normally)
As Baldri holds his shield of flickering light within the cave that has many scattering footsteps. The party takes the time to set up this ritual cast Alarm being a verbal casting spell and not having the quieter subtle casting ability on hand is another factor to account. In about five minutes in the ritual casting an entire hunting party of ratlings come from the south the area in which he was going to set an alarm. They see the bright light within the darkness pointing and screeching to the bloodied party ready for a bruised meal to gorge upon.
The shiny food from yesterday has returned! He says the magic words yes yes! Eat them they already look tenderized yes yes! For the Rat God!"
OOC I shall add them later but it is another 6 ratlings with 2 of the GutterSnipes.
Baldri steps toward the oncoming ratlings, with his shield held firmly, and his warhammer blazing, and says to the others, "I'll try to hold them back!"

(Khabibulin is getting good at drawing the ratlings out!)
Doc whirls to face the new assailants. He awaits his chance to strike, studying the formation and their weapons closely.
