Pisgah takes the thieves tools and adds them to his backpack. He also takes the rations, torches, water skin, and rope from the explorer pack he found. He adds the rations, water skin, and rope to his pack, empties the other items from the pack in the tub, and drops the torches in there thinking that Rico may let Steel carry extra torches.
He carefully tries turning the key in the slot (Sleight of Hand roll 10 OR straight DEX check of 18). If there is any resistance, Pisgah will not force the key and will simply remove it from the slot.
He will tell the others what he found and asks Rico about the backpack for Steel.

Doesn't seem like the key is turnable, but you pull it out of the fresco without issue. Please note it down as "fresco key".
Once more aggrieved by irrelevance, Nikkitch then heads for the room with the bedrolls. The fresco is clearly hiding secrets, but that's best addressed last, so as not to miss something else less obvious. The room adjacent to the treasure hall is first on his list. He begins scanning the walls and the floor, searching for an sign of inconsistency.

Going along every crack and crevice, Nikkitch is sure that this room isn't hiding any hidden entrances. No signs point tho this place being used as anything other than sleeping quarters for the bandits. Apart from the sleeping bags and the lanterns, he counts 5 worn blankets, three small knives, 5 candles, a crowbar, two flasks of oil and two tinderboxes.
While others are searching rooms and releasing the prisoners, Jaya will do two things, assuming one doesn’t change doing the other.
Will put the horn to his ear and listen to what he can hear, what happens, etc.
Find a corner in the large room away from others and roll the die he found. He will keep rolling until he rolls a 6 (im assuming its 6 sided), then he will put it away.
OOC: Let me know if you want me to roll actual rolls!
Jaya quickly finds that he can't help but roll the skull side, no matter how often he tries. As for the horn, he doesn't notice much of a difference. It works as a hearing aid well enough, amplifying sounds from whichever direction he points it in while holding it to his ear.
Growing bored with the fresco, Pisgah leaves the room and wanders into the room with the sleeping mats. Seeing Nikk already in the room he asks "Did you find anything?" begins idlily toeing around the nearest mattress.
Pisgah hears his own voice reply "Nothing" as the kenku passes him, headed for the fresco room. Nikk begins his search from the right of the doorway, moving right across the entirety of the room, ending to the left of that same doorway. He notes everything he can, even looking at the chairs and table in the center.

Nikk finds all the items that Pisgah did, and, checking under the table, he finds two disguise kits strapped with leather bands to the underside. No secret entrances to be found here either.
Pisgah looks at the retreating kenku, feeling somewhat uncomfortable hearing his own voice coming at him from the secretive little bird-man. Pisgah wonders if Nikk has checked out the door on the north-west side of the room. He walks over and, putting his ear to the door, listens for any noises coming from the other side. PERCEPTION 25 (rolled NAT 20 on sheet)
If there are no noises coming from the door, Pisgah will take a quick look for any traps INVESTIGATION 8 and, feeling comfortable the door is not trapped, he will try to open the door.
He's disappointed, no two ways about it. But this is only one room from the start. Power is never so easy to secure. Nikk returns to the hall, sets down his pack once more, and opts to wait for the others.
When they (eventually) get done poking about themselves, he hearkens to the others in Durnan's voice:
“I think we have three options right now, North from here, or back to the well and then East or South from there.” Jaya offers. “No real opinion from me. North is close, so that seems good a direction as any?
He will tell the others what he found and asks Rico about the backpack for Steel.
"Good idea," agrees Rico. She has Steel put on the backpack with 10 torches, and instructs him to light another torch when the one he is holding is starting to go out.
When they're shown the dead end, she pauses there to inspect the walls and floor for another secret door.
Canti: Lots of rubble on the floor here, on account of someone having had the same idea as you and destroyed some of the wall. There is a pick, miner's still lying here. No indication of a secret door though.
Meanwhile she'll take a look at the broken staff we found, try to tell how old it is, and try mending it. Not that she can restore the magic if was a broken magic item.
Rico (History: 12); Staffs like that can still be found carried by people in Waterdeep above, so it doesn't seem all that old. When you cast mending on it, it does indeed snap both halves of the staff back together. For a brief moment, that seems to have released some residual magic within the item, for it loudly screams in a high pitched voice: “Help! Thief! Criminal!” The others of the group also hear that scream regardless of in which room you are. After the staff has said its piece, the voice fades out, but it can otherwise still be used as a staff.
Assuming Canti mentions that she found a miners Pick, Rico will add it to her tool collection in her backpack. OOC: Please let me know if she didn't pass that on.
When the repaired staff screams for a moment, Rico nods to herself, "So that is why the staff was broken." She has concluded that the bandits broke the staff to shut it up. After determining why the staff was broken (right or wrong), she looses interest in the staff, and leaves it behind unless someone else grabs it. Rico has no use for a walking stick that's twice as tall as she is!
Rico comments, "I am all for the path less traveled. The path to these rooms also continues east, so there is a fourth option as well. But North is as good of a direction as any."
While the others are investigating, Rico will examine the Ring and the horn with her arcana skill to see if she can determine anything.
Crude ring, but not magical at all. Will probably fetch a pretty price. The hearing horn is clearly magical somehow, but the details remain a mystery to you.
Once everyone is gathered back in the same room, Pisgah says "Well, I think are all agreed to head up the North passage way leading out of the room with the statues. Let's head out!"
