"Not while I hold sway over them." The man says, flourishing his hand as red and gold sparks fly from them with panache. "For you see..."The two skeletal players begin to instead play a slowed down urgent strings. "Deep in the midst of darkened halls, where vampires hold their masquerade balls, there is one entertainer who will give them a fright..." He pulls his purple robe away to show a mostly form fitting cream-white jacket and long similar-coloured trousers with an unusual flair to their hem. "It is I, the Necro-dancer, here to entertain tonight!" He holds his hand up to the sky as another jet of sparks fly up and sprinkle around his person. We smiles with pearly white teeth as his long golden locks of hair sway lightly from his performance.

The skeleton continues its dancing (disadvantage to the checks)
Skeleton's Dexterity Saving Throw:6
The skeleton is agile, looking as if it could escape from the divine fire, but its compulsion to continue playing the music prevents it from getting away. (Don't forget to roll damage for your spells ;-). I'll roll it this time. ) The skeleton takes 5 radiant damage. (Skeleton #1: 1 damage)
The rest of the zombies continue dancing while the skeletons continue their playing of the instruments. The notes go slightly off-key from the singeing (not singing) of the white flames.
Kithre sighs heavily when Johann casts another gout of sacred fire over the skeletons. "You may as well. I was hoping to accomplish something a bit more diplomatically, as we had discussed but that seems to be out the window at this point, doesn't it?" she says, voice still a bit chipper, covering the exasperation.
So close Kithre, you almost had the spellweaving done. Trigger happy flame jockey! she thinks, mentally sighing.

"In that case, I'ma go on record as saying what you're doin' here ain't right, Mr. Dancer. Don s'pose you'd care to surrender peacefully and save us the trouble of kicking your arse?"
Johann just continues to whittle away at the skeletons, figuring that if they got into a fight, he should probably get rid of the skeletons first. That way, they could focus on the Necro-dancer together.
"In my defence," The necro-dancer says in a more high pitched voice before clearing his throat."In my defence, I think the only thing I can be charged for is trespassing." The necro-dancer replies. "Like I said, I didn't raise these undead. In fact, I've done you a favour and rounded up most of them into an easily disposable pile, so feel free to keep beating them up. I don't make undead, just control them to do fun things. I'm not a bad guy, honest."
(Kithre, that's a full minute of playing if you want to do your thing ;-) )
" A responsabile one would have them piles and called the authorities for returning then them to their dead status. You could see this as funny, but think on the families of the dead. They don't want to see their loved ones treated like that, they just want them to rest in peace. Could you end the magic that animates them?"
Kithre glances at the necrodancer man and suddenly her fingers move rapidly, playing a trilling and thrilling solo on her lute, ending with a flourish as she sends a wink towards the man and points towards any undead in the area that haven't been burned yet.
"Do me a favor lads, leave the guy, and those ones over there alone for a moment, yeah?" she says, identifying the targets of her magical charm.
(Using Enthralling Performance on the guy and 2 other undead. DC13 Wisdom save or they are charmed for 1 hour (until they take damage, or I attack them or an ally).
The two zombies are under the sway of the performance, still dancing, but charmed by Kithre. The necrodancer, on the other hand, seems to not be swayed by the magic.
"Hey, I said I could control them. I'm not some cleric who explodes them with prejudice."The necrodancer replies to Dar'quilyn. "Like I said, I can stop them trying to take bites out of you while you smite them with your mighty smiters." He spins on the spot, then points to Lithre. "Sorry, didn't catch what you were saying, I'm a little hard of hearing in this ear."
(Just wanted to be clear that while everyone is talking about respecting the dead, every few seconds holy flaming radiance comes from above to beat at the skeletons. DM, do you need me to roll damage, or are they just gonna take it rp-wise)
Johann says, “Yeah, you have to respect the dead! They were somebody's family once.”
(Nah, you can be throwing them around. It'll take a minute or two to take care of all of them.)
"Were." The necrodancer picks up on Johann's note. "Someone else did the 'awful' act of making them undead. Hey, some people have realised it's a cheap labour force. I'm just filling in an empty part of the market, nothing more. If you really cared for the dead, wouldn't you cremate them so they didn't have a chance of turning into no-singing, all-dancing goons?"
Warren, aware that he is probably no longer needed, is now just leaning up against the wall behind the necrodancer, not that he knows, watching this all go down with a smile

"Don't matter how they got here. We've been hired to put them down. You can either help us and cop to the trespassing and get our help in return, or you can stand in our way and find out what happens to people who stand in our way."
"Hey, easy big and scaly." The necrodancer says, holding his hands up in a 'wait' gesture. "See, this thing I have over them? Breaks if I attack them, or any of my close buddies. Strange rules of magic and stuff. Feel free to just take them down. I can even help keep control any others if you'd like."

Johann kind of points at one, then stops to look at the mage and asks, "If we attack one, will the rest fight?"
"Not while I hold sway over them." The man says, flourishing his hand as red and gold sparks fly from them with panache. "For you see..." (The sparks were totally a prestidigitation spell)
(Also, it's about 50 seconds. It's up to Kithre if the music shift will want to carry on and adapt to the new tune or stop for the "epic" entrance.)
"Heh...heh..."
Brazzak chuckles involuntarily and claps his hands in a child-like manner of wonderment.

Johann looks slightly confused, then taking this as the okay sign, casts sacred flame on one of the dancing skeletons.

Behind the Necro-dancer(TM) you can see Warren miming knocking him out looking at the group with questioning eyes?
