Ral moves up to the end of the fence and throws a javelin at the spined devil. The attack hits and damages the spined devil although some of the damage seemed to have been resisted.
The javelins not being magical are 1/2 dmg..5 hp +3 necrotic = 8 dmg.
Runok is up for last action this round. Smudge can act as well for start of Round 2.

Grumbling to himself, “I knew I should have done this earlier, you fogheaded willinumbus,” Smudge starts drawing shapes in the air with his hands, shapes that are similar to the outline of the remaining visible creatures.
OOC - I have to say I am a little confused about the Invisibility and Faerie Fire spell interaction. Along with being able to attack an invisible creature/object. I know Runok was trying to locate the Imp and I was fairly certain you it couldn't. Sooooo.,. I'm going to rule that you know the general location of an invisible creature/object. Thus, the disadvantage on a to hit roll.
This also gives Smudge at least a general area of where to cast the Faerie Fire. The Imp does get a Dex save to avoid the Faerie fire as well.
The imp has magic resistance so it rolls a dex save twice. 3+3 for a 6 and 20 +3 for a 23 and saves from the Faerie fire.

MOVE: expending all movement to remain in melee range of the bearded devil
Darbakh gets right in the bearded devil’s face, gripping his maul tightly, and…he doesn’t attack. The duergar may have had a clear shot, but for some reason, he doesn’t attack. He smiles at the bearded devil, though his smile is unpleasant and dishonest, and he aggressively stares it down.
”Come on, devil, do you really want to explain to your superiors why you got yourself destroyed and had to reform in some hell pit?” Darbakh asked the devil, albeit rhetorically. Greed burns in his eyes, and he forgets to even consult the rest of the group first. “Give us your gold, devil. I know you all have pots of gold!”
The swing from Ral struck a critical blow to the Bearded Devil. The devil's knees buckled under the blow from Ral. His glare shifting somewhat to Ral. Darbahk close enough can see fear in the Devils eyes.
Runok can act and Smudge can go for Round 3.
The battle may be shifting to the party's advantage it seems. That was a lucky roll folks.

Runok harasses the bearded devil, trying to break its focus after Ral broke its body. The owl flutters right in the devil’s face, using its flyby ability to leave melee range without provoking an opportunity attack. Runok even hoots loudly, doing its best to distract and disturb the devil.
Smudge rolls CON 8+3+1 (racial advantage against poison)=12
Given the close proximity of his allies to his enemy, Smudge decides not to attack the bearded devil directly but instead to assist his friends. He performs a series of gestures near his eyes and says, "Tymora, bring darkness on this beast."
Ooc. Assume the imp is now visiable since it attacked if so, my attack is on the imp, if not my attack is held until the imp becomes invisible and I then attack it.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Darbakh looks enraptured, though not by magic or charms. “The riches, Petnan, think of the riches!” he replies in Undercommon. He then drops his maul, as he’d done with the bandit leader, and starts wailing on the bearded devil with his fists to beat the fiend into submission. “I heard the old tales - devils always carry treasure!”
ACTION: 2 unarmed strikes on the bearded devil, which is blinded
Darbakh’s first attack: 25 Damage if it hits: 5 (fixed because unarmed strike)
Darbakh’s second attack: 18 Damage if it hits: 5 (fixed because unarmed strike)
The devil failed its con save vs blindness and Darbakh provides an upper cut and jab to bludgeon the creature for 10 dmg. Damage resistance 1/2 dmg. 5 dmg
