Also. After we have the goblins show us everything, count beds, etc and verify everything. I’m going to show them the type of herbs used for making healing potions and antidote potions and see if they are aware of these herbs anywhere. But not asking till the end and I’ll have casted guidance to help with any insight checks if needed
Ral says, "I'm banged up pretty good. I don't want to deplete anyone's spell too much but perhaps I could get a bit of healing while we search the lair here?"
OOC - the last tracker is still up for the clerics to determine the health of the party.

Ral. I will aid you in your healing. (Ooc. 3d6. For 9 points of healing
Ooc question. Was 4 beds a typo(and should be 5 Or actually 4 beds and there is something that these two are trying to pull over on us). Asking because there was the boss goblin and four followers (of which two tied up). So would assume 5 beds. If just them.
Smudge moves his various healing equipment into the bag of holding, although he does keep the staff of healing with him. "This is so cool!" he exclaims, clearly pleased by both having a useful new magical item and being able to organize his equipment. He refrains from establishing a coding system to catalogue his holdings both in the backpack and bag of holding since he is aware they need to resume their mission. But in the coming days, he will mentally develop a complex system that is based loosely on what the scholars in Candlekeep use and dreams of being able to implement the system when he settles down. "I have some healing potions for anyone injured. And I'm ready to leave when others are."
Ooc ral did you read I healed you for 9. If we can take a short rest I can heal more
I must have missed that somehow. Unfortunately, no short rest yet. I will switch it to a Potion of healing then and have the same outcome essentially.
Ok. Then still using the healing. I’m able to spread the 3d6 across myself and darbkah and we are both healed (Ooc I’m using my healing light and will mark those three as used1d6=5 for darbakh and 2d6 for me 2+2)
ooc - Update healing on your sheets if needed. I'll get the going while things get wrapped up in PMs.
The party walks out of the lair and back into the forest a few minutes and their back on the path and the air turns cool. Up ahead is a clearing similar to where the goblins tried to waylay you. You have a sneaking feeling something is up. The owl alerts you that something is a bit off. When you get to the clearing A Pirate Capt. and 2 Thugs Step out of the brush the captain saying, "Look. Fresh loot. I think they need a good beat down and to be run through. They look like they have some good shiny toys for us too."
Roll initiatives please.

"That seems like a good idea," Darbakh says. His owl hoots in agreement, loudly, into one of the goblin's ear.

Darbakh sits down at the edge of one of the beds, but his owl searches the cave for anything of interest.
