You make it inside, and I'm assuming Mana shuts and bolts the door behind you all. He could theoretically try flee into the manor more, but for the sake of not dragging this out more, his escape attempt is finished.
Between the three of you, he is bound tight enough that he will be going nowhere for the time being.
