The thin man, perhaps less than 6 foot is well dressed. He wears brown pants, a white collared shirt and copper colored vest. A black bow tie and fancy black suit jacket completes the outfit. His pants seem a bit baggy for the scraggly man. On the table rests a top hat, and a tall cane. He nurses a drink, minding his own business, contently. His black hair sticks out and seems a bit disheveled. He appears to not have shaved for a bit. (maybe homeless or poor, but better than you would expect for that lot.)
He mutters something to himself, "Shhiman" (or something similar)
"Cinnamon. Humph." He looks at the barkeep. "Hey, did you put some spices in this ale? I'm getting a hint of nutmeg, maybe cinnamon."
The odd fellow pulls out a small notebook from his chest pocket, opens it, and begins writing something, smelling the ale, writing some more.
The Silver Daggers have been released from the barracks and they leave in pairs going in 3 different directions.
One pair headed West toward the market square.
One pair headed South toward the Docks.
One pair headed East toward an unknown location... perhaps a tavern to get a drink?
(Who is following or intercepting which group?)

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Lace and Fist left early to beat the arrival of the Magistrate at the Barracks.
Asbestos, Etienne, and Steelclaw met up at the gravesite of Biscotti and afterward back at the Raven's guild hall where they waited to meet up with Smithy.
The timelines are a little out of zync but Lace and Fist will probably be finished before you've reburied Biscotti.
(ooc: the group, or any individual members can always leave messages for each other to meet up somewhere... I'm not trying to keep you separated but you will have to work out how and why you get together and for what missions or capers etc., keep in mind you are always free to go off by yourself or with any partial groups made up of 2s and 3s as it might not always be feasible to gather the whole gang together... then again sometimes it will.)

Madame LaRouge, through a series of events, I am now out of prison. I am so sorry about the loss of Biscotti, and as you know, I was a trusted friend and bodyguard to him. During my 2 years locked up, I have developed the ability to have patience and wisdom. To be honest, I am very concerned right now for the longevity and survivability of the Black Ravens.
The Silver Daggers are organizing to strike at the Black Ravens. They have notes on them to take us out. Their agenda is to weaken the Ravens, and become the primary gang here. I would recommend we have a meeting and organize ourselves. I am seeing a lot of Ravens go off on various missions, as usual, but I fear the Daggers will take advantage of these small groups, and may even attack headquarters. I hope we can talk soon.
Since only 6 of the 7 incarcerated Daggers were released they just happened to break into 3 groups of 2 and head off in different directions.
2 headed West toward the market square.
2 headed South toward the Docks.
2 headed East toward an unknown location... perhaps a tavern to get a drink?
(Who is following or intercepting which group?)
Ravens Alex & Braden will take the first two, going towards the Market Square& the docks. With instructions to follow them to an address, record the address & report back. And run if challenged.
So if I understand it correctly, Alex is the Raven trailing West toward the marketplace.
Brayden is trailing South toward the Docks.
And Lace is trailing East towards an unknown location... maybe a tavern. Fist is trailing Lace.
@Fist
You see Lace cleverly ducking in an out of the shadows to follow the Dagger undetected while still allowing for Fist to follow her.

Steelclaw just walks over to a table and sits down just waiting to see if anyone ends up needing him for the day as he pulls out a wetstone and begins to sharpen his swords.
Etienne joins Steelclaw. "Hello, sorry for the gruesome site at the grave. Our friend Asbestos is a bit,....impulsive and started digging. I decided it would be good to investigate the body for cause of death. Although I saw no signs of physical damage and he may have died of natural causes, I suspect that is not the case. Either way, I am concerned for the Raven's. Etienne fiddles with his cane. "Do you agree we need to develop a strategy for dealing with the daggers as a group?"
Steelclaw just keeps sharpening "So it's you're fault then that they almost got their throats slit..." he just turns the edge to add emphasis before going back to running the whetstone across the blade "my plan is simple, make the streets run red with their blood and interfere with as many of their plans as possible. It's clear peace isn't an option anymore, and if we just take out the head then another one will grow back. We take enough of the lower guys out and then a few of the heads, maybe it will make people think twice if they even want to be in the daggers anymore."
"My friend, I hear your anger, and it is easy to point blame. I've already taken a hit for the boss serving 2 years for the gang. If you trusted Biscotti, trust his judgment." Etienne pulls up his sleeve and shows a tattoo of a Raven. "He placed great trust in me and he was also my friend. I feel his loss as deeply as you."
You know of only two individuals who have received this tattoo on their wrist. It is a symbol of a fiercely loyal and trusted non-gang member. These people are needed because they can interact with parts of society that the underground can't (politicians, local authorities, even other gangs). People who are given this tattoo swear a blood oath to not betray the Ravens. (Etienne Navarre, AKA, Duks) is one of the two.
I was told once, "Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win." (Sun Tzu)
"Be careful about your strategy my friend, it has been tried many times in the past."
"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.

And the indents can still be seen in an old sign that leans against the stables although it lacks any paint or colored lacquer so it's indiscernible from a distance.

Lace takes in what she can while waiting for Fist. (Investigation 10).
When he shows up, she says: "Alright Mr. Fist. My preference is to wait and hear what the other Ravens have to say, and hit all three places simultaneously. If you're sure you can't wait before beating people, then let me go into the stables to investigate before you commit mayhem."
You find although the stables contain two horses there isn't a stableboy in sight.

Testing
The Ravens have their instructions and slink off quickly disappearing into the shadows much like their namesake disappears into the night.
You follow your Daggers who head East and end up outside an old weather-beaten tavern called the ( 8 10 ) 'Roaring Rose.'
It used to be called 'The Drunken Pegasus.'
And the indents can still be seen in an old sign that leans against the stables although it lacks any paint or colored lacquer so it's indiscernible from a distance.
