So I have three possible characters (I know, I know... my imagination ran away a bit on me).
Name: Twister
Race: Air Genasi
Class: Rouge
Path: Cloak
Backstory: The desert favors the strong - and Twister was anything but that. Her parents named her after the twisters ruling over their sandy home in hopes that the girl will grow up similar to them, but they had to be disappointed. Twister couldn't pull her weight in the manner everyone else did around her, and she was only a bit more withstanding against the elements than an average human. When it became clear that she wasn't going to make it big in the colony, she was sent into the nearest human town, an act equally motivated by shame and goodwill. She felt lost in the unfamiliar place, but soon learnt that while her skills were all but useless out there, in the town people appreciated a versatile girl. The local underground noticed this as well, and she found herself with plenty of illegal or semi-illegal work. She adapted quickly, using her natural abilities and a good deal of sneaking away to get her way.
She only got discovered one time, but it was enough. Fortunately the owner of the cartography shop was understanding, and instead of reporting her he offered her a job as a means of paying him back. She got comfortable in the shop, but the more she worked with the maps, the curiouser she got about the unmapped territories. The shopkeeper noticed this, and told her about the Order, giving her permission to leave the shop and join up with them, on the condition that she brings back her discoveries to him. She did as she was told - and now she's eager to see what's behind the empty spots on the paper.
Name: Sariandi Olothana
Race: Wood Elf
Class: Paladin
Path: Breaker
Backstory: Sariandi was born in a hidden elven city in the Feywild. She grew up there, and never knew anything other than the unpredictable wilderness around her - she liked wandering off, even if her elders regularly warned her against it. There was only one thing she didn't like, and that was depending on the Archfey her city rulers made a pact with so they could hide. She never knew or saw the Archfey, but the knowledge that her whole community was bound to someone irked her. She wasn't born yet when the Great Evil threatened their lives, so she couldn't imagine why would anyone do something like this voluntarily. When the danger passed and they could return to their own plane she was relieved, even if she missed the Feywild, and didn't understand those who chose to stay.
Her wandering nature didn't change, so she spent the majority of her time far from her home. On one of these trips she met an other elf, an older man named Shihon. He told her about his city, and how they didn't need to make any pacts, because their Queen became a goddess herself to save the people. Sariandi was still salty about the pacts her elders made, so she listened eagerly. The man explained that he was looking for more followers who could pursue the goals his Queen wished to achieve, and he didn't need to spend a long time to convince her to join the cause. He directed her to the Order, and told her to work for them, take down anyone who spreads evil in these lands, and wait for further instructions. Now she's waiting until she can see him again - and in the meantime satisfy her wanderlust.
Name: Chaenath Miahana
Race: High Elf
Class: Warlock (Archfey)
Path: Pioneer
Backstory: Chaenath was the daughter of a noble family in her city, and an unconventional student, so when the Great Evil's first signs showed up she was more clued in than the usual citizen. She worked with several others whom she studied with on a solution, and in the end they presented their plan to the rulers - a pact with an Archfey. Some of them volunteered to try and persuade a suitable patron, and in the end they succeeded, although not before the Feywild claimed a few of them. A powerful Archfey of the Summer Court accepted their offer, and even though they never revealed their identity, several pacts were formed. Chaenath and her companions became important figures in the life of the hidden city, taking their fair share of managing their resources and solving day-to-day problems, as they were the ones with the connections. She poured her heart and soul into her work, helping where she could, and trying to ignore the fact that they had no idea what the Archfey would ask of them once the time came.
She's still not sure of that, actually. When the danger passed her city left the Feywild, and they weren't useful anymore. Some of them could adapt to the change, but the Bound Ones met with distrust and unease wherever they turned. Chaenath left her home, heartbroken over how the same people she protected turned against her, and went to the human settlements. Here she continued her studies, this time on human and dwarven subjects, but she often left civilization to seek out her home and wander wherever she saw fit. Her patron didn't give a sign for more than a century, and she became unsure of her future - after all, she fulfilled her purpose in the years spent hidden. She knew of the Order for a long time, even saw one or two of the Figures herself, but never felt like she would fit. She joined now because she doesn't know where else to go, and if destiny forgot her she might as well help out with her knowledge of the wilderness.

Xanni Leafhelm - Halfling Cleric (Life domain) in Helm's Inquisition
Chaenath Miahana - Elf Warlock (Archfey pact) in Order of Dawn
Alrighty I flew in late last night/tonight so I'm officially back from my vacation. Its 2:30AM here so I'm heading to bed, but over the course of tomorrow I will be selecting and messaging all participants. Once all participants are notified I will update the thread with an announcement that it is closed and switch the tags over.
Okay everyone! Invitations have been sent out to those who were selected. I do have runner ups in mind, so if you didn't receive a message, I may still message you at a later date if someone drops out, has lost interest, etc and we need another spot filled.
For now though, I appreciate everyone's interest and time, and I will be closing this recruitment thread. Happy adventuring!

The standard is 27 points (on ddb), I'm cool with 25 but just checking! :)
Sorry yeah I just mean whatever is the DDB default point buy system for clarity
Sorry for any confusion I may have caused, this is my first character I've built on this site.
So... It's the 7th. How's it going?
