After tracking them for more than two hours, you come across a great goblin skirmish. Two tribes of goblins are in a battle with Orcs on one side.
Six orcs catch you on the outskirts of this battle,
S4 has two more death saves to live but if you successfully use medicine DC 15 or heal him 1 hp he will stabilize.
When you fight off the Orcs, you are able to to talk with the "peaceful" goblin tribe.
The goblin warrior approaches, "I am Klug. Thank you for saving us from Orcs. If it was not for you we would all be dead. Ever since these meany tough Orc Baddies came here, tribes be following them. We think it's the Dragon Lord Viridion. She is Green and Mean, you know what, we like you and will take you back to our town to rest and heal. You come, saved us, we have reward for you."

The goblins explain how the Orcs of Viridion are rallying other goblin tribes to go to war. We are of the Mosswood Tribe and the Orcs are from the Emerald Canopy. In past years the Emerald Canopy have kept to strict territorial boundaries but recently they are battling and disrupting the peace in the Darkwood Forest.
The Mosswood Tribe feed and tend to your wounds, you and the six soldiers are fully healed in the morning when they bring you two potion of healing and thank you for your deeds.
