(Croak, you could use your move; then the dash action to reach Han, and then use Action Surge for an additional action if you are no longer planning to pick Han up.)
Nathan, you suddenly know what Theodore must have felt when he fled Northbank; as pure terror engulfs you. Your years of study and friendship with your master, his trust in Dar, and Dar's love for his brother mean nothing to you; only the paralysing gaze of the unnatural undead creature before you.
Kizori, you've only experienced fear like this in the eyes of the Orcs that dared to travel in your woods. This is the first time you've encountered a foe with such a horrifying nature; and it's enough to make you want to crawl into you're shell.
Urselles, you are quick to unleash your Goddess's blessings and might; the blade flying quickly to Surrisk. To his surprise, the Ghost Prince falls back a step in pain as the sword deeply cuts into his arm; causing part of his spirit to disperse.
Nathan, you are overcome by fear, unable to think clearly. You watch Croak and Dar run towards Han; though Dar at a much slower pace.
Shalech, you aim and unleash your crossbow bolt. It flies right at the ghost, but ends up stuck in the wall behind him. You are unsure if you missed, or if the bolt went through him.
Croak, you end up infront of Surrisk moments after he falls back in pain; standing defiantly before him. You hear Dar rushing up behind you.
Kizori, it is too much. This experience is more than leaving home was worth. Your new friends, all your adventures, and this moment makes them all moot; this terror makes you want to join your uncle back at the nest.
(Ghost Prince Attack: 7)
Suddenly Surrisk turns and lashes out a ghostly hand towards Croak's chest, with Croak pulling away just in time; the ghostly fingers inches away from your flesh.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shalech says, "Croak, I'm tapped out for magic and I can't tell if I missed or this thing doesn't hurt it. One more try, see if you can tell if it's impervious?"

Croak looks toward Shalech, nearly smiling, "I'm out of magic to,"
Croak scoops Han over his shoulders and runs the 30ish feet toward the group and dumps him unceremoniously behind the line. Turning toward the aggressor, "You like the weak. Be gone before we show you some true mettle"
Croak, as you flee from Surrisk; his other arm reaches out with lightning arcing between his fingers. (Surrisk, War Caster: 5 Vs. Croak's AC) And misses horribly, a curse on his lips as you slip from his grasp.
(Disadvantage, for being intimidated, not that it matters: 8)
Several of Han's wounds heal, dried blood flaking off as the flesh seals behind it. His breathing sounds a bit easier.
You send forth your blade, but the Ghost Prince dodges around your sword and Shalech's bolt; while trying to keep his distance from Croak.
Croak, after retrieving Han, you shield his body from Surrisk's view as Urselles heals him.
Dar runs up and swings his fist at the ghost's face; going right through and tumbling to the ground, his metal leg disconnecting upon impact. A bellow of rage escapes his lips.
(Kizori and Nathan, make another Wisdom Save Vs Fear)
(Forgot the villain's attack, he just used his attack of opportunity.)
(Surrisk, Chill Touch: 14 Vs Han; Damage: 3; Disadvantage from being Intimidated: 11)
Croak, you watch as a spectral hand plunges out of the ground between you and Han. It begins reaching towards Han's throat. You hear behind you the laughter of the Ghost Prince; "You can't protect him from me. You can't stand against my power!" He continues to laugh menacing; until you turn and yell aggressively at him, causing his concentration to falter briefly, the spectral hand missing it's mark before fading from view.
(I lost track of where we are in the initiative order, don't mean to jump the gun but I'll be out for the night so posting now)
Watching as Dar's attack has no effect on the apparition, "I doubt my weapons can hurt him!" With Dar flat on the ground Croak gets a wild idea.
Charging forth, Croak runs in almost the same path Dar had. Upon reaching the two, Croak bends low to grab Dar's mechanical leg and uses it like a golf club against Surrisk, taking a wild swing.
Improvised weapon to hit: 14
Inspiration point for re-roll: 9
Dar-foot-to-face Damage: 1
(OOC: Do strength modifiers stack on improvised weapon damage? I assumed my Str bonus gets added to the to hit but the Player's handbook just says improvised weapons do 1d4 damage with no mention of strength modifiers... Also, I'm not trying to be silly with this action, Croak would assume dar's mechanical leg is animated through some kind of magical effect, he is not much of an engineer.)
(I'd allow you to move to Han and pick him up if you'd like, but the Ghost Prince would be in your face. If you're cool with it, go for it.
Oh, and yes, you passed :) . Was just at work, cashiering the day before Thanksgiving; was not getting any dnd done, lol.)
For now Croak simply put himself between Surrisk and Han using his movement and Dash..

Croaks looks at Surrisk with contempt, "Leave this wretched city while you still can" as he stands between Surrisk and Han (not using action surge).
