"Curb your anger boy. Your own choices lead you here - you ran from us before, and then your employer left you for dead as a thanks for your warning. What did you tell him, and what do you know about his operation here? Anything that might help us may in turn help you. Unless you'd rather give up all hope, when I may as well strike you down now!"
Until this point Yuri has been stood, arms folded, by the door to the room. Seeing an opportunity to try and back up Vah'Lhorn, he pipes up,
"The boy thinks he's dead already. Worse, he's still protecting Glasstaff even after his master left him here to take the fall for him. He's pathetic."
His voice is almost a sneer by this point, but he calms it down since it's mainly for show.
"Let's just put some manacles on him and come back for him after we've dealt with Glasstaff."

OOC It was more to get him to cooperate. Maybe tell us some information. Or get a rise or of him, have him blurt out something. If it's interpreted as convincing him to submit, that's ok too. I'm not too sure he can tell us much anyway and there's more manor to explore!
“Im not protecting anyone. I came to Glasstaff’s qurter to let him know the manor was being invaded. He must have put a spell on me or else I would have left the manor. I’m not trying to die here, just make some me money.” Sen overhears the plans by the sorceress. “There are manacles in the holding cells if you are looking for those.”
Kim - "See, he is not a stupid man. Maybe we can offer him a deal. You feel that you are dead already, so you might as well roll the dice on us. We are going to stop Glasstaff, even if you believe it or not.
She looks to the group to wait for their response.
"Boy's been offered to help us, or to sit in manacles. I'd rather know anything he can tell us to aid our efforts against this Glasstaff, but if money is his only motivation, even beyond freedom, then I fear he is a lost cause."
"Just let me go! That's all I know. I'll leave here forever. I'll go back home to Rockhaven. My mother is worried about me, I'm sure. If Glasstaff is to be killed, I will have no leader." He looks over to Gramgran with young puppy dog eyes.
"I'd look at this as a second chance. Maybe don't be too keen to chase gold. Look at what happened here. Glasstaff rewarded loyalty with death. You don't want to work for someone like that."
Looking round the group, Yuri stands and heads to the door. "He doesn't know anything else, if he did, he would tell us. Let's get those manacles, check the rest of the manor for anything else that might be of use and then find Iarno. He can't be left out there to sow more misery."
OOC On the map, is there a door on the far side of Iarno's room? If so, that's the one Yuri is going towards.
Yes, there is. That is the main door. The door to the east was a secret door. Seems Iarno thought you would come into his chambers through that door since that is where he placed Sen.
Kim speaking to Sen with the others gone. "I believe in second chances, plus I understand trying to make a living. What you need to prevent yourself from getting in this situation again is discipline."
She writes on a piece of paper directions to the nearest training site for the army she is in.
"Go here and speak to a man named Joseph. He is used to helping turn kids lifes around, from street punks to organized criminals, then turns them into respectful citizens and in some cases soldiers that protect the citizens they once hurt. I cannot make you do this, but that man has helped so many people leave bad situations that I had to give you the chance. If you decide to go hom, hug your mother and change your ways. If you continue this line of work, when I find you I will arrest you and you won't ever get free. I'm not threatening you, just giving you your options."
Kim gives a smile to the boy, then follows her team.
Before you all head off, Sen will warn you all of an evil one-eyed creature that can turn his enemies into black jelly, bugbears and Redbrand reinforcements that reside in the south end of the manor. He crudely draws you a map of the manor's basement.
The group will be entering room 11. This room appears to be a wizard's workshop. A rat scurries across the floor and takes refuge under a large worktable set up with alembics, retorts, distillation coils, and other alchemical devices, all of it stewing and bubbling away. Bookshelves are crowded with sheaves of parchment and strange-looking tomes.

Sen takes the paper and folds it up, tucking it deep into his clothing. "Of course, of course," he says before leaving. "Thank you so much. Maybe I will see you at some point on the same side of the fight." He leaves through the secret door, seemingly sincere to check out the new lead in life provided by Kim.

Persuasion - 16
OOC Could be any charisma check as Yuri's skill is poor in all of them. Bwamp, bwamp, bwamp!
Are you trying to persuade Sen not to fight or persuade the others not to kill him?
The former, he will allow his "arrest" as it were.

Yuri makes a mental note of the location of the manacles, if Kim's plan is to work, they'll need them.
"Maybe we get those manacles and leave Sen here to make his way home."

Morpetor follows Yuri. "Yes, good idea, let's leave through this door just to see what other information this manor holds for us."
When everyone goes to leave the room, Kim will stay behind for ~30seconds to a minute so she can talk to the kid 1 on 1.

Yuri will open the door then head through into what's beyond.
Vah'Lhorn is as ever, at Yuri's side when he moves through the doorway.
