"He was my Boss's son. Kar Stormrunner, his father, is the president of the Guild. That's him over there." Ashlee points towards the back of the procession at a tall, well dressed human man wearing a very expensive black suit who is near the end of the line with a few other individuals.
"Kar owns half of the buildings in this city through the guild. His son Andrew had no real power except through association. He didn't have a position in the Guild himself, but everyone knows the boss has a close eye on him."
A moment later the procession finishes passing and your group continues on. As you get close to the docks it gets busier and busier. There a lot of folks moving to and fro carrying assorted sacks and boxes and paperwork. There are 5 or 6 ships of different sizes, most with green sails, docked at the pier you are approaching. Ashlee leads you through the crowd as he pulls out his Guild pin and affixes it to his shirt.
Ashlee stops at the bottom of one of the gangplanks of a fairly large ship and says "Wait here a moment, I'll make introductions to the Captain."and he heads up towards the ship
Tonk (who is invisible, sorry for getting mixed up) you see a lot of people busy at work. One person catches your eye in particular, a fancy dressed dwarf man with a few gold rings, and a nice gold pocket watch chain and jeweled cuff links. And he passes right by you and his heading towards the end of the pier
As Ashlee makes his way up the gangplank, Gairlik looks around and finds a place to sit as they wait. A heavy sigh is let out as he deposits himself on top of a nearby crate. He brings both hands up to his temples and massages slowly - the events of the early morning obviously having an affect on the dwarf. He takes a healthy swig from his waterskin, stoppers it and wipes his mouth with the back of his hand. Sitting there quietly, he then quickly digs into a pants pocket and produces a small, wooden frog. The dwarf remains seated lost in his thoughts as he stares at the toy.
*** You all are going to regret letting Tonk be invisible and not keeping a lease on him!
Tonk is going to follow the dwarf man to the end of the pier and when he gets there he will attempt to push him over the edge and grab the gold pocket watch.
I know I need a strength check to try pushing him over the edge, but do I need a stealth check to quietly follow him? Considering how busy this area is? And do I need a sleight of hand check to grab the pocket watch before he goes over the pier? And would pushing him count as an attack causing me to lose my invisibility?

OOC: I knew what was coming when DM said the man was at the end of the pier. Lol
Okay so before we get to any pushing let's start with you following him. I would say even if he heard you it would just sound like the crowd around him so I won't have him roll perception or you roll stealth. You just follow him.
Anybody else that wants to can roll a DC18 perception check to see if you notice Tonk leave.
If you notice him let me know if you want to do anything about it.
Tonk also does not know he is invisible, he's not smart enough to have picked up on this. So as he is walking away he is looking back at the party, and if one of them look his way he will freeze in place for a moment.
“Folks, Tonk appears to be on a mission.” Ixalin says as he continues to stare into his orb.
If either Gairlick or Chandra feel around where Tonk was standing he is indeed gone.
Tonk, upon hearing his name mentioned freezes in place, and a moment later a man walking by trips over seemingly nothing and goes sprawling on the ground dropping a bushel of apples all over the ground near the rest of the group
Gairlik comes up behind Ashlee, "Do you know who this is? Quite the gathering. Must have been something of a bigshot?"
"He was my Boss's son. Kar Stormrunner, his father, is the president of the Guild. That's him over there." Ashlee points towards the back of the procession at a tall, well dressed human man wearing a very expensive black suit who is near the end of the line with a few other individuals.
“Is it safe to say he is a pretty powerful man?”

Tonk was very well mannered during the funeral progression, so now does he see anything particularly shiny on anyone walking by?
Perception -> 11

“That’s a lot of death in this town in the last 24 hours.” Ixalin says as he stares into his orb. “I wonder if there’s any connection?”
OODM: I doubt it

OOC: I cast that invisibility spell knowing full well it was a terrible idea.

Then we'll see if Tonk can catch up to him.
Tonk is invisible. I'm guessing it is a DC18 because he is invisible?
Yeah. If you were visible they'd just see you walk away. 18 is hardish and some might not even care to check
Tonk also does not know he is invisible, he's not smart enough to have picked up on this. So as he is walking away he is looking back at the party, and if one of them look his way he will freeze in place for a moment.
Would I notice him passively with a passive perception of 19? If not...
perception: 12
OOC: Oh shit, well that was good. I guess I retract my previous question. 😂
“Folks, Tonk appears to be on a mission.” Ixalin says as he continues to stare into his orb.
OOC: He waits to see if anyone tries to stop him, if they do he will lend the help action to their action... grappling is not one of his talents.
