Galdr collects his caltrops with a spectral Mage Hand and turns toward the temple. The drawing in of darkness doesn’t concern the gnome. His blood runs thick with the Underdark and night offers greater stealth.
He strolls to the Temple entrance, ears and eyes piqued for possible danger.
Wreckzors - you can remove it's head if you want. I don't know if you can carry it around with you. The small one was a giant croc, I made the bigger one bigger than that
Flynt - after viewing the building from different angles and inspecting the architecture you believe this might have been a tomb or burial chamber. But why someone would build it out here you couldn't fathom
Galdr - you stand at the opening of the corridor. You only hear the sound of the wind, some swamp fauna and some dripping water from somewhere. The corridor is made of stone and there is a large wooden door about 20 feet in with iron ring door pulls.
Crom thanks Flynt very much, always wondered at how clerics and paladins have this gift.
Then he reflects on Flynt's words, touching his moustaches.
He gets close to the bulding, with the others. he knows nothing of religion or the like but at least he wants to see how old is the building, wondering aloud
"How old all this could be?"
ooc: you can roll for me the proper skill, what I want to check is if it has been abandoned ages ago, years ago, or something in between: assuming from the status of the vegetation but also from the structure, the columns are on their feet etc.
Wreckzors is going to attempt to tie his rope around the giant crocodile head and sling it over his shoulder. "Boy you are a big one aren't You! I bet your skull will make an awesome new shield once we get out of here."
As long as the skull is less than 200 pounds Wreckzors will try to carry it over his shoulder, otherwise he will drag it with him while out of combat.
Wreckzors will then move closer to his companions and attempt to stand towards the front in order to prevent threats from getting to the other party members.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Crom watches Wreckzors cutting the head of the crocodile, so he comes up with a brute idea, hopying the others agree.
"Well, it could be a good shield, no doubt. And I imagine we an also get some good steaks from their tender parts and ribs, who knows how long we must stay in here"
ooc: if somebody is willing to help, Crom drags the crocodiles by the temple door
By the door he says:
"I need some help here, I am getting old...at least for an half-orc, so my sight is not what it used to be, but my hands still works well. So anytime you notice any trap or strange contraption, let me know, I can handle it...maybe..."
Anyway in the meanwhile he gives a look at the door for traps and the like.
The gnome looks down the corridor and whispers some more in his arcane speech. A ball of fur flits from the shadows and flaps toward an iron ring. He continues to chant as a spectral hand manifests around the other one.
”Burial chamber or not, it rings of an old legend that drove many to search, but not to find.”
The hand and bat pull as one without any words or gestures from the gnome.
OOC:
Galdr casts Mage Hand and calls his familiar from its extradimensional pocket dimension.
He will use the Bat’s blindsight to detect any unseen aspects in the corridor and/or about the door (or behind it).
Perception (Blindsight 60ft): 24
if no traps are detected, he will pull on the door rings as indicated above giving simultaneous commands to his familiar and mage hand.
Galdr - You wrap your spectral hand around one ring and command your bat to inspect the door and the tunnel. The door is sturdy oak and the roof of the corridor is obscured by too many vines and cobwebs. You have your hand and bat pull at the same time, causing the door to swing outward, this shifts the stones in the ceiling above causing a collapse causing the entire corridor to cave in, covering the doors with rubble.

Wreckzors will walk up to the now Rubble-covered door...let out a sigh... and cast a glance over to Galdr. "I am not mad... just dissapointed..." says Wreckzors while rubbing his eyes with his free hand. After setting down his trophy, he will attempt to look for another way into the temple. 17 = perception roll
OOC: Wreckzors will totally help Crom haul some crocs to the temple for some delicious steaks and ribs.
After a bit of searching along the perimeter, Wreckzors comes across a low crawlspace, 3/4 covered in vines that heads into the tomb. Its just big enough to crawl through, and you cant quite tell how deep it goes.
I found another way in! Over here! Wreckzors will leave the crocodile head beside the small opening. After lighting a torch, he will begin crawling into the temple.
OOC: he unties the head from his rope and attaches the rope to his backpack before entering
The rest of you hear Wreckzors yell about another way in. Then disappear into a hole in the wall.
Wreckzors the crawlspace goes about 20 feet before opening up into larger room. This room is long like a tunnel, with you on one side. On the opposite side is a painting of a large monster face with its mouth open in a large black O. Painted on the rest of the walls are scenes of fields with cows grazing, several wolves in a forest, human, orc, elven, and strange human-animal mixtures going about various tasks. Some of the frescoes show rooms of some buildings: a library filled with many books and scrolls, a torture chamber, a wizard’s work room.
The floor of the corridor is a colorful mosaic of stone, with a distinct, winding path of red tiles about 2' wide, the line snaking its way south down the corridor.
Flynt is going to see if any markings or features on the building resemble anything related to gods.

Crom - judging by the plant growth around the structure, and a bit of cracks and decay, this building looks like its a few hundred years old
Wreckzors - okay you have a huge croc head over your shoulder

You can all fit. One at a time.

Dorsar enters the passage, and upon entering the room notices the red line.
