(Zik looks to Bethany) The question is weather or not we let the the boys finish scouting or if we make our way to the inside of the theater as the ransom note demands. (To Bethany and Poe) What do you think?
Poe nods thoughtfully at Zik’s question, then speaks up.
“My suggestion is this: you two wait here with the money, eyes open, while we do a quick sweep around the area. Nothing fancy, just making sure we’re not walking into something. Then, we enter the amphitheater. Tornir, if you prefer, you can stay hidden nearby, ready to act if things go sideways. If no one’s there, I still say we only leave half the ransom at the center. No reason to give it all away before we see the girl."
He pauses.
“And we wait. If I am not wrong, the note says to leave the money, not to leave the arena. So unless they spelled that out, we stay and watch.”

He glances around the group.
“Sound reasonable?”
I settle in, waiting for Poe’s spell to finish.
Bethany nods her assent to the plan.
