I think you would have run and jump off a high ledge to be able to smack it with your stick

Well. They can probably handle it! OTC heads up to the double doors and then to the southern door, checking for any movement/heartbeats with tremorsense.

When it's the bard's turn again, he will dash the rest of the way to the opening (another 40 feet after his dash last turn) and look for a way down.

So Tisnip, and Only-The-Cold take off across the balcony towards the room that Rajiira is hanging in. They can see/sense a mostly empty room with a large hole that Rajiira is hanging inside of.  There is noise coming from down in the hole, which leads to a room in the floor underneath. 

Thrash can act from down in the hole, the Skull is still restrained, then Rajiira is up back at the top of the order.

Listening at the southern door you hear nothing at all, listening at the double doors you hear a faint sound, like a distant thud.

Rajiira now roars at the skull, her scimitar coming down on the skull with amazing force...... Attack: 24 Damage: 13

Rajiira climbs down the rest of the hole and drops beside the entangled skull, slamming it with her scimitar.
